Inside, bask in the glow of natural light flooding through large windows, illuminating a contemporary, upscale design. Sink into plush seating in the living room, gather around the dining table for ten, or pull up a stool at the fully equipped kitchen's island counter.

Need a break from the sun? No problem! A cozy secondary living area with another TV is perfect for movie nights or catching the game. Feeling competitive? Challenge your crew to a foosball match in the garage! (You'll even find beach gear out here when it's time to take to the shore!)

When it's time to call it a night, retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a patio, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom is a haven for kids or extra guests with two twin-over-full bunk beds.

A bike ride to La Jolla for authentic Mexican fare isn’t a recommendation– it’s a must. This is the burrito capital of the world, after all! With SeaWorld, Legoland, and one of the best zoos in the country, it’s playtime all the time in this sunny Southern California city.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for $200 per day and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- The AC cannot be set below 70 degrees.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM — 7AM.
- No videography for commercial purposes is permitted.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

- The driveway can accommodate 4 cars.
- The garage is unavailable.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The property more than lived up to the photos! The home was spacious--even more than anticipated, and on a road that was super quiet. The views are fantastic over a valley. The hot tub is super-relaxing. This home has what we truly valued most--it lived up to the posting on everything. It was clean. It was beautiful. It was scenic. Everything worked. The host communication was first rate. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to visit family.

The neighborhood and home is beautiful. There was plenty of room for all 12 of our family members ages 2 years old to 74 years old. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The views and pool are an added bonus.

This place was perfect in every angle if you are looking to chill and relax on your vacation…You are getting both satisfaction living on top of the mountain and about 3 miles away from the beach at the same time…Super quiet neighborhood and the Solana beach is a jog away or 5K run from the property. Checking in was a breeze and the communication was great. Instructions for everything were clear and easy. As you open the front door you will be greeted with a wide entrance, sun light from a big glass window illuminating the hallway during the day time. The crib has 2 family rooms and big dining table that could sit 8 to 10 people at best. The kitchen was cute with big sliding glass door overlooking the pool and more light coming from another sliding door on the side of the kitchen with all the plants and trees wrapped around the whole crib was another relaxing experience for everyone…The bedrooms were clean, good size , big closets and very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. We loved the master bedroom which is also very spacious. The water pressure was great on all the bathrooms while showering. The swimming pool and the pool spa was the icing on the cake…we enjoyed soaking in the hot/warm spa at night before going to sleep…waking up in the morning hearing birds chirping feels good…it’s a perfect place for all of us…Small negative thing that we could comment, the house is kinda old but it’s well maintained and very clean.( 3 Air wick scented plug-in solution)
