The open-concept kitchen is a dream for group cooking sessions, stocked with stainless-steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and open shelving that keeps everything within reach. Pour a mimosa, serve up brunch, and let the good vibes flow.

With space for up to 13 guests, the home features five beautifully designed sleeping spaces, each with a TV for private wind-down moments. Three bedrooms offer en-suite comfort, including a stunning king suite with a dual-vanity bathroom and walk-in shower. A variety of bed types—including a twin-over-double bunk and fifth bedroom with a full bed—make it easy to accommodate families, friends, or multi-gen groups.

After a day at the beach or exploring nearby hotspots like Ocean Beach Pier, Liberty Station, and downtown San Diego, come home to rinse off in one of four full bathrooms or the convenient powder room before settling in for the night.

Home Truths:
- This property is perfectly situated for entertainment and dining. Just a 3-minute walk to Cesarina, a Michelin-recognized Italian spot, and under 10 minutes to Liberty Station, home to top restaurants, bars, Liberty Public Market, and The Lot cinema. You're also a quick 5-7 minute drive to SeaWorld, Ocean Beach, and Sunset Cliffs, with Downtown, Gaslamp District, and PETCO Park all within 10-15 minutes.
- Home is located under a flight path. The home has dual pane windows to help reduce the noise.
- Home has a total of four floors, with each level separated by sixteen steps.
- This home allows one small dog (25 lbs.) for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Guests can enjoy access to nearby resorts with day passes. We recommend Hotel del Coronado and The Bahia as great nearby options.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use and is for decorative purposes only.

Parking Details:
- 2 car garage can only fit medium to compact cars. Extra large vehicles will not fit due to the height of the garage door. The driveway must not be blocked at any time since it’s shared with neighbors. Street parking is also available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Incredible service! The controller wasn’t working and they dropped off batteries to fix it. The house is very clean, with very beautiful furniture and design. Definitely be aware that this is a four story townhouse with the garage on the bottom, living room/kitchen on the second floor, and bedrooms on third and fourth floors. There are a lot of stairs. FYI there are normal towels in the closets (decorative towels in the bathrooms.)This is a great area and great house! Thanks to the team for an incredible stay.
