This is a brand new, fully renovated apartment that is just perfect for two friends or a couple to relax and enjoy a beach trip ... and include their furry friend in the fun! The bedroom has a comfortable king bed and with a full kitchen and washer/dryer no amenity is left off the list.
This is a great space for a short or long stay. We have a dedicated work space as well as business grade wifi. Our bed is King Sized and our sheets and towels are all premium grade.
Our kitchen is fully stocked and we have a fully stocked kitchen, full sized washer and dryer and a 55 inch smart amazon TV. We also have a fire place for you to cozy up to at night with your furry friend!

Our place also includes treats for your fur baby as well as collapsable bowls and a food matt.

We are located right off Garnett Ave!
Garnet Avenue is a bustling street with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and other businesses. The street has a lively atmosphere, particularly in the evenings and on weekends when it is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

Along Garnet Avenue, you'll find a range of dining options, from casual fast-food joints to upscale restaurants. There are also many bars and nightclubs, making it a popular spot for nightlife. In addition, there are numerous boutique shops and larger chain stores, providing plenty of shopping opportunities.

- WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS IN OUR UNITS
- If you’d like to use the grill you will have to refill the propane tank. There is an ace hardware store 2 blocks away and they can accommodate.
- There is no smoking of anything inside the house, if our cleaners notice any smoke we have an extra cleaning fee of $250
- Our pet fee is $50
- Pease don't ruin our sheets or towels, if there are stains on our sheets towels or any other bedding, we will be charging you per item
- Please only stay with the amount of guests you specified in the reservation.
- Our cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning costs, it does not cover any destruction of the unit. If the space is left extremely messy we will be charging a 20% up-charge, as directed by our cleaners.
- Please note check out is 11 am, we give you a 20 min grace period. After that grace period is up we charge $30 Per 1/2 hour
- We are located in the heart of PB, in the the center of a busy metropolis, next to all the clubs, bars, restaurants, the beach, gyms, yoga studios and anything your heart can desire. There is potential for noise because we are in an urban environment.
- WE VERY STRONGLY UPHOLD SD NOISE ORDINACE OF QUITE HOURS STARTING AT 10 PM. PEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO LOUD PARTIES OR MUSIC ALLOWED AFTER THAT TIME. IF THIS DOES ACCUR THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED.
