  • This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 60' flat screen TV in the living room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

    Property boasts an upgraded dream kitchen with Bosch gas range and microwave, Samsung french door refrigerator with ice maker, Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy air conditioned comfort on those warm beach days. Laundry includes high-efficiency stack washer/dryer. Beautiful Italian porcelain tile installed throughout. We wanted everything perfect for our guests.

    The property directly next door is also my vacation rental which sleeps 4. That property is listing# 992787.

    A member of my family has severe allergies to pet dander. For their health safety I cannot accept dogs or cats. Please inform me if you have a service animal and I will be glad to help you find other suitable accommodations in the same area. It is an undue hardship for me to have to perform restorative cleaning to eliminate pet dander in the townhouse/garage. Please - no pets allowed.

Shower drain is slow and the front door handle is lose and corroded from the sea air. The cleaning product used left a lingering strong odor. The ice trays in the freezer had a green tint, not sure why. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. It was in walking distance to the beach and close to other attractions we were interested in.

The stay is always great, the duplexes are very nice comfortable, cozy, and clean. I slept like a baby. Also, the Niebor-hood is great. The beach is located right across the street. I enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants, bars, and to get coffee. Our host Connie is amazing, she is only a phone call away. whatever we needed, she got it for us. The houses has all the amenities and some a/c units.

Second time staying here! Love the area, the privacy, and the accommodations. The rooms are spacious, there’s anything you might need available. The location is close to everything, we walked to the gamers market, to the beach, and restaurants. Kitchen is very well stocked, the towels are nice and soft, the beds are comfortable, and the place is very clean. We all enjoyed going back after a long day and watch a movie. This is our second stay here, last time it was right next door, but for a family of 4, and this rental is definitely more spacious and comfortable. Will be staying again for our yearly SD trips.

We had a lovely stay at this place! Everything we needed for the beach, including an outdoor shower to rinse off sand! Close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

We recently rented this location and it was a perfect spot for SeaWorld, Zoo, watching dolphins at the beach, etc. It’s really in a great spot to get to everything and it fit our needs perfectly

Beautiful clean home just steps from the water. Perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. There was a wagon that we could use to get everything down to the beach easily. The main street with restaurants and shops was an easy 10-15 minute walk. You can see the Sea World fireworks easily from dog beach which was so close to the home. Connie was great and communicated well! We would stay here again!
