Very quit and peaceful unit. Fantastic sunsets are yours without leaving the unit.

Everything you need is in a two mile radius. Looking north over historic crystal pier.to La Jolla coast. Looking south past the Coronado islands

Sister units to # 237291 and #248312. The unit is in see the sea building and faces the ocean directly. No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbor. Watch sail boats go up and down the coast. Your at almost eye level with the coast guard helicopters flying up and down the coast. 55' HDTV, with over 200 HD channels,WIFI

The locations and view was incredible. The house was a little older, but nice and clean. It was definitely a rental unit, but no complaints from our side.The host was very attentive, even though the house was not quite ready when we were supposed to be able to take ownership

Overall, I'd give Ron's place a 7 out of 10. It has wonderful views, convenient parking, newish, comfortable furniture, great proximity to all kinds of restaurants and bars, and Ron himself is very available. So, why only 7? The place itself is tired and could use refurbishing. Cabinet doors are shabby and need to be replaced. Very few amenities are supplied, there's no shampoo or conditioner, for example. Given the absence of A/C, I'd be less likely to stay during warmer weather, because the windows would need to be opened and the beach walk can be loud. If these things aren't an issue for you, you'll have a fine stay.

Gorgeous views of the beach and the sunsets. A well stocked kitchen and perfect for a few days of sightseeing. The only issue that we had was the wifi. After a day of texting, he got use on the phone with the ISP and it looks like it was a cable failure. Not that big of a deal because we could use cell signal.

The views were amazing! The location was great. You can walk to grocery store, dine out, walk the beach, pier etc…really no need for a car. But if you have one parking in the garage was easy. Condo was equipped with anything you need to make a meal. Only wish is that the balconies were big enough for all four of us to be outside together. Amazing sunsets.

Penthouse near Mission Beach

Excellent location. We enjoyed the close access to the beach and the many excellent restaurants to choose from. The condo itself was very comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the sunset views! The hot tub area in the evening was very relaxing and always quiet. Make sure you bring your own beach towels! We highly recommend this getaway and will be returning in the future!

Great communication. Amazing views!

We love this area! This Condo has the most amazing views from living room and both bedrooms. Dated building, but well maintained, and Ron was great to communicate with. Easy walking to great coffee, restaurants and WOW the sunsets!

Christmas in Cali

The property is in a great location near some great local restaurants and bars. Our family of four enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms and enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The views from the three balconies were absolutely stunning. We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful place!

We were very comfortable here! The sidewalk got real loud at 1:00am when the party crowd left the near by bars but the amazing view made up for that!
