If you get tired of being amazed by the pelicans flying by at eye level, counting the surfers riding the waves, or watching the superlative sunsets from your bedroom, balcony, or living room, there's always the oversized jetted tub to relieve your stress or watch one of the two HD televisions.

The stainless steel kitchen and open floor plan provides a wonderful ambiance for entertaining or simply for enjoying your time at home. All furnishings were purchased new in 2011.

It's close to all the attractions: Less than 3 miles to Sea World, 4 miles to the Trolly, 5 miles to Belmont Park, 8 miles to the San Diego Padre's ballpark and downtown San Diego, 9 miles to the San Diego Zoo and museums of Balboa Park, or 10 miles to the San Diego Charger's stadium.
