Newly remodeled, 1 BDR condo with partial views of the ocean, bay, downtown, and city. Both ocean and bay are just a few steps from the building. Restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, etc. are within a few steps of the condo.

Condo has new hybrid/hardwood waterproof flooring, large bathroom with double-sided shower. Large balcony faces south with partial views of the ocean and bay. Panoramic view of the city, Downtown, and Coronado Island. Bedroom window faces north with clear view of the city. Condo has cable with 55" HDTV and high-speed (WiFi) internet.

SeaWorld is 7 minutes away. San Diego Zoo and Downtown Gaslamp district are 15 minutes away. La Jolla is 19 minutes away.

Property has a washer and dryer. Outside shower is right by the entrance to rinse off any beach sand.

Great 5 day trip

The host is excellent, she met us when we arrived and showed us how to get in, gave us the keys and a tour of the unit and property. Kitchen is in great shape, seems like a recent renovation. Bathroom is nice and stocked with everything. Nice and convenient to the beach and Mission Blvd. We highly recommend.

First of all, Maxine, the property manager was fantastic.Great communication. Place recently updated, so close to everything. Nice balcony, southern facing for lots of sun. Can't really see much of the ocean, but a minutes walk away. Great stay. Great communication

Quick trip to the beach

We had a great stay! Everything was just as expected and Maxine was wonderful showing us around and giving recommendations. We were only here for 1 night but had a great time and loved how close the apartment was to the beach! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent place. Maxine was so kind and caring.

I loved this place. Maybe 20 steps from the beach. Private parking and very clean. Maxine was so helpful and met me when I arrived to explain how to use everything. She was the best. Love it going back for sure.

Great location

We’ve stayed in this building and this unit several times and it never disappoints. Location is excellent, parking is guaranteed. Maxine is an excellent property manager and the owner graciously allowed us to switch our dates. We’ll be back!

Great Stay

Wonderful location. Beautifully decorated. Very Clean. It does not have AC so during the heat wave we had last weekend it was a little hard but kept all the windows and doors open to get the breeze through the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Would recommend to others.

Clean and convenient!

The property was on the beach side of Mission beach which means "steps to sand". It was very convenient due to its proximity to the beach and the fact that it has a gated garage. Parking is at a premium in Mission Beach! Great Host! A+

Security, Location, and Easy Beach Access

The title says it all! Maxine was very welcoming and thorough as she showed us the property. The security, location, and beach access were the reasons we chose this property and we were not disappointed!!! We will return!
