Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat in the heart of Mission Beach! This bright and airy home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a duplex, just steps from the ocean and 100 yards from Mission Bay. With 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms, plus two balconies with beautiful ocean views and a BBQ, it's the ideal space to relax and enjoy beachside living.

The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, flat-screen smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide beach towels, bath towels and linens to make your stay seamless.

- Walk Outside: Enjoy the sandy shores of Mission Beach or take a stroll along the scenic Mission Bay boardwalk with watersport rentals nearby.
- Five minute Walk: Local bars, restaurants, and the famous Belmont Park roller coaster.

This home is part of a duplex, and both units can be rented separately if available. A shared 2-car garage provides one parking spot per unit—large vehicles can fit, but it's a tight squeeze!

Location perfect for teenagers!

Easy acces to beach, bay & Belmont park. The 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our family of 4 and the friends who came to visit. Lots of stairs and a separate room on top floor but would stay again.

Break by the beach

We had a great time at the condo. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. It’s nice to have a bedroom/bath on a second floor and to have ocean views from both balconies. Location is excellent - very close to beach, easy walk to Belmont Park and quick drive to Pacific Beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

Conveniently located

This place is close to both beach and bay. They have beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy. Our four year old had a great time playing at the bay as the water is very safe there.

Great location

Was overall a great place to stay. Location was amazing. Cleanliness could be better, bedding could be WAY better. The master with en suite bath had no TV, and sub par bedding at best. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels to last even 4 days, based on reviews I brought my own. Would be awesome to have some type of Tupperware or foil or baggies… anything to save food. Other than that, had plenty of beach stuff in garage and place was very comfortable for teenagers and a mom.

Great location!

We enjoyed the location but the property could use some TLC. Upon check-in we had issues with most of the blinds not working on the sliding glass doors but they immediately came out to fix them. We realized that first night the sheets were sandy in one of the bedrooms so we had to wash them before going to bed. Things were dusty including the blinds. The windows were all difficult to open and need replacing. The kitchen was poorly stocked with essentials and the cabinets need updating as they are original. We had ants in the kitchen which was frustrating. There were minimal places to hang towels or anything, which with this large of a place is difficult. More hooks and towel bars would be wonderful. The property manager was great to work with but the property needs a few upgrades to make it a stellar experience.

The little details matter!

The location and working with the property management team was great. However, the floors were not super clean when we arrived and one of the beds had sand in it so we had to change the sheets ourselves. The blinds weren't working and the handyman was prompt in coming to fix them but they had dust all over the shades and most of the furniture had a bit of dust on it as well. The windows and sliding doors were difficult to open, they need to be replaced as they are very old. The kitchen had ants and we even saw a few on the floor. The kitchen cabinets also need updating and there were very few amenities in the kitchen, including no saran wrap or foil for our first night dinner leftovers. Silverware was old and some of it was rusty, very few towel bars for the amount of people the unit sleeps and no hooks anywhere for clothes or towels. Again, its the small details that make such a difference in your stay, as we are frequent vacation rental users.

Wonderful

Great rental! We had a wonderful time. Will be stopping here again. If you have more than one vehicle parking is a hassle. That literally was the only thing. Not the property owners fault just a very busy location.

Amazing Place!

This VRBO location is everything as advertised and MORE! The house has everything you need in perfect condition. The location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mission Beach!!

Great location on mission beach. Quiet and just close/far enough from the restaurant/bars. Space was more than enough for four adults and two children for 7 days. Garage and beach toys/chairs were a great bonus!

Our stay in Mission Beach

My adult children and I really enjoyed your place Chloe. You were so accommodating and we would definitely stay again. Your beach home was such a comfortable, clean and convenient place. We were a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk, lots of things to do. The weather was perfect (isn’t that par for San Diego?). So much to do and enjoy!

It was beautiful. Perfect location for the beach.

We didn't realize there was another unit below, and the cranky woman renting the unit complained our 4 year old was making too much noise running so it put a stress on our entire vacation. So if there was any negative is the place is ideal for adults.

Perfect for what we needed! Would stay again.

Book this place now!!

House is conveniently located near the ocean and mission bay. Walkable to a small market, coffee shops, the awesome olive cafe and Miss Bs. We were very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Be sure to take advantage of the upper deck which we renamed “the cocktail deck” Kitchen has pretty much every appliance you would need and it was nice to have a convenient laundry room. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location with great service!

This place was awesome!! It was the perfect location, steps away from the beach. There were a ton of beach toys in the garage that were available for use which made our small children happy. There was plenty of space and the customer service was incredible. They checked in multiple times with us and we’re quick to respond if we had a question! Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close by!

Nice location and great space

Convenient location to all areas of San Diego. Parking spot was nice amenities, parking is very hard to find! Host provided paper towel and hand soap and dish soap, very nice to have those. Something to think about - please have brooms to keep areas swept. I would have liked to do this a few times to keep sand cleaned up during our stay.
