You get the best of both worlds in the Penthouse. Includes a Ground Floor PRIVATE Ocean Front Patio and as the penthouse it allows for peaceful and private seclusion if desired in the evenings.. Luxury awaits for you in the HUGE penthouse with breathtaking views. Plenty of room too spread out and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Penthouse unit with no interior steps. Unit occupies the entire 3rd floor and gives a tremendous amount of privacy. Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Qualcomm Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants!

This large 1900 square foot three-bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Easy boardwalk access and Ocean Front location. Quality furnishings adorn this home. Sleep on high end name brand mattress' and relax by the fire with top grain leather seating. Large dining table and 6 chairs for gathering and games. Kitchen bar also has additional seating. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony and full on suite bathroom with double vanity, jetted stub, large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, there is an additional queen blow up mattress that can be used in the living room. 10 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have cable TV's and fans. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, surf boards, long boards, and razor scooters for your fun day at the beach!

Perfect for entertaining with a large kitchen, dining area, and a large living room complete with flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances. The magnificent balcony with a bar and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike.

There is a washer and dryer for your use in the laundry room. This unit also has 2 separate private garages. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front home.

Gorgeous views from the third floor. Right on the boardwalk within walking distance to restaurants. Super comfortable beds, great seating in the living room, all the beach equipment, and every appliance you can imagine in the kitchen.

Property was located right on the beach in perfect location. The house has a great floor plan and very spacious. Balconies upstairs and ground floor. We rented bikes and toured the area, enjoyed the beach and oceans waters.

Excellent stay!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. Every appliances worked. As mentioned by the owner, Amanda, a big SUV will not fit into the garage, only cars like Camry. The beach in front of the house was cleaned every day. We will definitely come back given the chance.

Wonderful Days

We spent only 3 nights at this beatiful beach house and it was hard for us to depart already. The location in first row at Mission Beach is phantastic - we just hopped accross the beach promenade and could jump into the waves. The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with many gorgeous details. The communication with both, owner and house keeper, was super friendly and we got plenty of useful information for our stay. We loved to be there...

Home Away From Home

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here, we love it! The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and it's spacious and roomy. We stayed somewhere else last year (because this one was unavailable) and while it was "okay" we all agreed to book early enough to get Amanda's place again.

We loved this beautiful beach penthouse. Could not have found anything better. Right on the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and very roomy. Communication was excellent. We will for sure come back.

Fantastic place

First, it was so clean I couldn’t believe it. Bravo to the housekeepers. Everything was wonderful except the parking. We had a van and the space was so narrow that we had to climb out the back of the van to get out. No way to open a side door. But that wasn’t a big issue. The location was great, communication with owner great, and we had a great time.

Beach house

We had so much family time and fun at this beach home. We played games in the evenings and enjoyed the boardwalk and ocean during the day. We had family pictures taken by the ocean. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Great location and space!

A few hiccups that were quickly taken care of by Amanda who went above and beyond, truthfully. The location is phenomenal. Unfortunately, we came during a highly unusual storm with some terrifying high winds and waves so we have some days that weren’t great but there were plenty of options in the area for ordering in and exploring in the rain. Overall, really pleased with the location and stay!

Great property and we will re-book again in future

Really nice layout with large front and corner window views of ocean and boardwalk. Garage is small, but fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The mattress and linens were great! Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of plates and cook ware. There is even a squegee in the laundry room which is great for cleaning front windows, as the surf was huge our week and keep them a bit wet. Great location, communication with manager was easy and prompt. Highly recommend.

Great location and view of the Pacific Ocean

This location is the best on boardwalk in MIssion Beach. Owner and property management were easy to communicate with via text. The layout of this house is perfect for the beach. Elevator actually works! The beds were comfortable and the living space was large enough for us all to gather. The house needs a little bit of paint and an extra wipe with Pledge. The leg on the dining room table needs to be repaired as well.

Our third time staying here! Could not ask for a better location or home! Has everything you need! Great communication and easy check in check out!! Love the availability to walk to shops and restaurants! The patio up and down are both amazing!

Mission Beach On the Boardwalk

Fabulous penthouse condo unit. Everything we needed and more. Loved being “on the beach” with all the grandkids. Used boogie boards, bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, and kite flying. And Don’t miss a stop at Olive Baking co.

✨AMAZING VACATION ✨

Our family had the most amazing vacation at this property. There were 7 of us ages 20 and up. Amanda was a great communicator and made our check in process a breeze. We didn’t really need any assistance from her because everything was very well mapped out. The property is very well stocked of anything you may need. From the bikes to the boogie and surf boards and beach chairs, everything you possibly need is there. We will definitely book here again! This is a beautiful property and the view waking up in the master bedroom is breath taking! Definitely enough room to spread out and have your own space if that is desired. Thank-You so much for a dream vacation in an area that has everything you need right there. We were all very sad to leave and wished we had more days in the beach house! ☀️

Beach House Getaway

Location Location Location! We had a fantastic time visiting mission beach. The property has amazing views and is centrally located. The owners provided many amazing recommendations for food in the area along with beach cruiser bikes to cruise the boardwalk. We had a fantastic time living the SoCal lifestyle in this beach house.
