Tim the host was most gracious and available to answer any questions. The apartment was fully equipped for anything one needs. You can’t beat the view of the cliffs and the ocean. This stay at Tim’s place was a walk down memory lane, having lived in the apartment 40 years ago.

This property is so charming and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing and you are right there on the ocean! The apartment was perfect for our end of summer getaway. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have seen. We enjoyed being within walking distance of OB to take in all that has to offer without worrying about parking. Being able to sit on the balcony taking in a breathtaking sunset after a day in OB was the cherry on top! Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The host was very accessible, helpful and so very congenial. You really feel welcome here!! We had the best time...we will definitely be back!

Perfect Ocean Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old baby and had a great experience. This apartment is exactly as advertised: incredible views of the ocean, plus you’re walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Tim was a great host, very communicative and friendly, and he was able to provide us with a crib for the baby. Everyone (including the baby!) slept great and was very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views from Little Piece of Heaven

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Amazing host Tim who greeted us on arrival and presented us with our amazing ‘home’ overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Exactly, if not even better, than described: breathtaking sunsets enjoyed on deck, falling asleep to the ocean waves.Very clean and all needs covered! I slept on pull out couch and slept like a baby! My friend had bedroom and also reports very comfortable. Location perfect - 5 minute walk to beach hub/stores/great restaurants; loved beach cove to spend hours sunning and talking to locals.Thank you Tim for being a great host!!

Fantastic view

This VRBO has a Fantastic view and you can hear the crashing of the waves all day! It was within easy walking distance to Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliffs. So much around to explore - perfect. We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed for the stay. We would definitely return if we ever head to that area again!!

Amazing rental!

This property was small but beautiful. The view of the ocean is absolutely incredible. Our host was very welcoming and on-site, yet didn't hover.The neighborhood it is in is amazing...be sure to check out the nearby market on Wednesday evenings! It is walkable woth lots of great food nearby and the beach is gorgeous

The VIEW!

If you want amazing sunset views, stay here! It's the perfect apartment for two people. It includes parking and is walking distance to downtown OB! Make sure to go to the OB Farmer's Market on Wednesday night. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!
