Allowed construction hours Mon-Sat 7a-5p.* Welcome to “Salt Life,” our newly remodeled & professionally designed Ocean Front home located in the heart of Mission Beach! This unit is perfectly perched on the 2nd level of a 3 level building, offering arguably the best views of waves crashing & people watching on the Boardwalk. Other features of this 2br+1ba home include an exclusive covered ocean front deck with BBQ & outdoor seating, ocean front master br, sunset views from nearly all rooms, 1 parking, dual King beds with tvs in both br's, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max).

HIGHLIGHTS
As you enter the home you'll be greeted with a spacious open floorplan with views directly out to the ocean. The space was newly remodeled & professionally designed by local design team Casas by Craft with a coastal theme in mind.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets galore, beautiful white quartz countertops complimented by aqua blue tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel Kitchen Aid brand appliances & vinyl flooring. Dining with a view? We have you covered with a dining area with seating for 4 & views that look out to the Ocean. The living room also includes ocean views and includes a SMART TV, 2 leather sofas & a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your very own ocean front covered deck with BBQ & outdoor seating, our favorite spot for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

Off the main living area are 2br's+ 1ba. Enjoy sunsets and sounds of waves crashing from our beautiful ocean front master bedroom, which includes a King size bed, SMART TV, & oversized windows for optimal blue water views. Br#2 also includes a King bed with a twin trundle (pulls out underneath) & SMART TV.

PARKING & OTHER FEATURES
• Parking includes 1 uncovered driveway space, conveniently located right below your front door. Additional parking includes free overnight street parking + various nearby paid & unpaid public parking lots.
• Ocean & Sunset views from all rooms except br #2
• Dual King size beds
• SMART TV's in both bedrooms + Living Room
• Beach gear, including boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, & sand toys
• Washer dryer shared amongst other units in the building, paid
• PLEASE NOTE: There is a portable A/C unit for the MASTER bedroom installed ONLY during months May-Oct. NO A/C offered Nov-Apr, though there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms + additional floor fans.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.

The condo’s location speaks for itself. Decor and appointments are nice. The building is very worn. There was no way to clean the sand from our feet when returning from the beach. There is no central heating so we froze during rainy days and nights (space heaters are provided). I’d look elsewhere on Mission Beach before staying here again.

View was EXCELLENT! Place was clean. Bed comfortable. Awesome area. Everything you could need was there. The listing says there is a washer/dryer, but it's in a different building, and coin operated. I think this should be explicitly explained in the listing for the future.

This place was very clean when we checked in and very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit on the front patio in the morning and have our coffee. Its right on the boardwalk so the view and people watching is great! Good location, 1 mile from the pier and a half a mile from Belmont Park. The only thing that could be improved is maybe replace the screen door which was hard to open and shut and maybe try to make the patio less cramped (beach chairs, etc). Other than that I would highly recommend staying here, it was great!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location on Mission Beach! Overall the amenities of the property were nice, like the included beach toys and chairs. However, I did have a few issues. Firstly, I was charged a NON-REFUNDABLE damage deposit of 20/night, which seems like a cash grab especially if nothing is damaged. Also, the main picture they show of the table with the beach is inaccurate. In reality this table is on a cramped porch. A few other issues:⁃ the shared laundry was in another building, unsecured since the gate was open. The washer and dryer are coin operated and there wasn’t a change machine around.⁃ It was mentioned in the description but there is no central air conditioning, only a temporary unit in the master bedroom. The front bedroom gets very hot at night since it only has a ceiling fan.⁃ 2 times we had someone in our parking spot, thankfully they were quickly found and moved the car.⁃ There’s no shower/faucet to rinse off the sand from the beach⁃ There’s currently construction going on and we have hammering, saws, and other construction noises starting at 7:30amAll in all the condo was clean and well stocked, but in the future I’ll be staying at a different property.

This property is located in the perfect location: steps to the beach, great restaurants, and so many fun things to do. The photos are accurate, and that view of the beach is remarkable. It was our first time taking a true vacation with both of our young kids, and we felt safe, secure, and well taken care of while staying here.

Location was great and appreciated the beach gear and in home supplies. View was awesome and even saw dolphins when sitting on the patio. Only downside was the unit above us seemed to have 8 guests that were pretty noisy, but no fault of the rental company.

Close to the beach and most all you need

We had a great time and this property helped facilitate that. It is right on boardwalk and steps from the beach. The location was great if you plan on being a beach bum. Good, small food shops close. A little drive to get to a grocery store for the family. In general the place was clean. Fyi, boardwalk can be loud throughout the night. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

Perfect Place for Family Fun

Absolute perfect place and location for a family vacation where you want to split time between morning activities and afternoon/evening beach time. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved watching the sunset from the deck. Great for a family with teenagers. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, and markets. Loved it!

I highly recommend this vrbo. The place was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The location was perfect with stunning views of the ocean. Communication with the property owners were easy and fast and the check out process was easy. My family and I are definitely planning on coming back.

Great time perfect location

The location was better than expected. The unit was clean, and well kept. This place was perfect for my wife and I, but would be very suitable for more. 1 thing I have to mention. Bedroom facing the beach has the most softest, lumpy matress I every slepted on and I was surprised how comfortable it was. Please don't replace the mattress because we plan to return in June. If its available.

Birthday Celebration

Loved the view and listening to the Ocean every night to sleep . Quiet and peaceful area .Great restaurants a walk away . Casual and everyone was super friendly We were there in January so there were some activities below jogging etc but it was fun watching . Just wish there was a working elevator to bring luggage up and second bathroom.
