Please note: from Oct 19, 2026 through about May 2027, there is construction immediately adjacent to the apartment. Work runs Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with noise, dust, vibration, workers, and heavy equipment, heaviest through early December. Evenings and Sundays are quiet. Access to the front entrance is blocked, so entry is through the rear patio off the alley. Fenced areas are off-limits, and the route in is not step-free. Brief utility interruptions are possible. By booking, you acknowledge the construction and agree it is not grounds for a refund.

Private gated entry with secure access. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.
