  • 180 grados de vistas sin obstáculos son difíciles de conseguir. Imagínese sentado en la mesa de comedor o en el balcón de este condominio frente al mar viendo la acción por debajo de usted en la bahía de Vela - esquiadores acuáticos, kayak y barcos de vela. Beber vino en el balcón mientras observa la puesta de sol sobre el océano. O caminar alrededor de la bahía de diez minutos para el océano para observar el rayo verde. Por la noche se verá los dos barcos grandes ruedas de paletas de crucero justo al lado de la ventana. Y verá las luces de la cadena a través de la bahía, y la luz de la luna se reflejaba en el agua.
    Este condominio no fumadores con una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio y una cama plegable doble que tira hacia abajo de la pared justo en frente de las puertas corredizas de vidrio que le da la sensación de que usted está durmiendo sobre el agua, y una reina sofá-cama, también!
    alojados en el condominio ....: * Al abrir el panel de tres puertas correderas de cristal hasta el final, se sentirá como si estuviera comer al aire libre sobre el agua.
    * Este es un lugar muy romántico! Está decorado profesionalmente en los colores de la extensa colección de conchas que se muestra en las estanterías y armarios especialmente iluminadas. Hay iluminación ambiental regulable en todo el condominio y la chimenea de gas-registro se enciende en un instante!
    * El condominio cuenta con un garaje subterráneo con espacio de almacenamiento cerrado para mis dos bicicletas de playa, crucero y juguetes de playa. Los servicios incluyen un servicio ilimitado de teléfono en los EE.UU., televisión por cable, acceso inalámbrico a Internet por cable, TV de pantalla plana, VCR, DVR con canales premium, equipo de música, un reproductor de CD, una cocina totalmente equipada, sábanas de algodón egipcio de 300 hilos, lavadora / secadora, ducto de basura, y una parrilla de barbacoa de carbón.

Awesome Bay View!

We had a great time getting away. Great view of mission bay we enjoyed walking and biking to the boardwalk and close to many restaurants and shopping. Great kitchen to cook and have coffee.

Wish I was there

This is an excellent set up from the location and wonderful view of bay, bay beach access, condo ocean decorations and information on San Diego, gas fire place when it got chili at night , cooling fans for the one who needs it, specialty coffee, nice appliances, dbl sink and soaker tub in the bath, comfortable beds, to the bikes and beach amenities provided all made for a wonderful stay we will book again

This was the best vacation ever! I mean look...the price was right, the location was perfect, and the place we stayed at had everything we needed and was exceptionally CLEAN!!!! Big plus!!! We have stayed in Mission Bay/Pacific Beach for 24 years. This year we stayed at Nancy's condo. It was wonderful. Everything was perfect! The only thing we will do different next year is stay for a longer time! We will be back next year for sure.

What an excellent location and condo. We stayed in Paul's condo before and during the US Open (golf) tournament. San Diego was a very busy place that week, but Paul's condo was a quiet place to return to every night. The condo was exactly as viewed on the internet, no surprizes at all! We will certainly return again when visiting San Diego.

I have a feeling that we would have LOVED being at these condos. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip less than 30 days from our travel date due to health problems but Nancy cheerfully refunded our deposit without even making us wait to see if she could re-rent it for that time. We will definitely get to this location in our future.

Location was perfect for walking and provided biking. Need to map out the restaurants and grocery stores ahead of time for best results. I have to mention the bidet...it was quite wonderful. I bought one for my nephew...

Vacation with husband before work weekend

The property was very clean and nice finishes. Getting into the property takes a little more effort than most VRBOS's I've stayed in. It would be helpful if there weren't multiple codes/keys to get in. It also would have been nice to access beach from the property instead of walking down the street. Overall, we had a great time. Nice beachfront area and boardwalk and so close to everything.

We had a great time in Joey's Condo. We loved the patio, of course, and the proximity to the water, the Catamaran and all local activities. We are planning a return trip in December for Christmas. I wish we could stay there year round. Extra special thanks for the fans! They made quite a difference! I'm just not used to muggy weather, I guess. Thanks again for everything! A spectacular vacation!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our time at the condo. With 2 kids, 12 and 9 this was perfect for a quick getaway. The remodeled unit was perfect for our family of 4. I appreciated how much was available for us to use while we were there. There were beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and variety of beach toys. The kids definitely took advantage and used almost everything. With the unit being right on the sand we spent a whole day just relaxing by the water. I have already recommended this exact unit to several friends and family, because of how comfortable our stay was this week.

Mission Bay Stay

Loved the location, and ease of getting in and out of the unit once you learn what you're doing. Great view from the patio. Stayed in July with 72-74 degree weather and did not need the optional AC unit. Bedroom has a good fan and window you can open, and the balcony sliding door can be left open to cool the unit. Close to the trash chute which is nice, and easy access to the bay. Only downside, is the couch is the stiffest most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat in, and the internet didn't work reliably while we were there. However you are in San Diego, so you should be spending a minimal amount of time on the couch and TV.

These are fantastic people, and Robins condo is absolutely brilliant. We had to cut our stay short due to the death of a friend and we were treated with empathy and genuine sympathy. Jackie was even able to rent out the condo for the days we weren't able to stay for, and because of this we recieved a complete refund. She didnt have to do this, and we really weren't expecting it. But she pulled out the stops and made it happen. Jackie - we really appreciate it. Rent from these people, they are great.

Today, I looked at the shells collected on Sail Bay, while staying at Nancy's Condo. The shells reminded me of wonderous sunsets that illuminate the bay each evening with a palette of reds, yellows, and yes, even a peek of the "green flash," as we sat sipping bubbly on the balcony, after activity filled days. For active tourists, but also for creative loafers, this location is perfect; right outside the door, one can swim, bike, run, walk, kayak, windsurf, or splish-splash, amble and daydream, while basking in the sun. For travel further afield to the tourist destinations, this locale is again ideal: nothing is far away, and a short car ride away are Seaworld, the Zoo, the Point Loma Lighthouse, the Maritime Museum, Balboa Park and more. And then, it is always splendid to return to a well-stocked, comfortable, and well-managed condo, that is Nancy's, truly a home away from home.
