The master bedroom features a queen bed and the guest room has twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle for a third guest to sleep. This home is great for friends and families.

Guests will have access to the entire home along with the fenced in front yard.

Located in North Park within walking distance to CVS, Barons Market, Target, and several great restaurants

Street parking is free and several places are within walking distance.

2. No Events without prior approval.
3. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
4. Please do not park in the driveway as it is shared with another home. Street parking is free throughout the neighborhood.
5. Guests have access to the entire house and fenced in front yard. Please do not congregate in the driveway or near the back of the home as it is shared property.
6. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
7. No Smoking
8. No Pets (Non refundable unauthorized pet fee of $200 will be charged and reservation may be cancelled)
9. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb
10. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away
11. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am
12. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
