Each of the three spacious bedrooms boasts its own ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience and comes with built in armoire and dresser drawers. Individual room A/C and heater in each room to control the temperature that's just right for you.

NEED MORE ROOM? We also own the beautiful property right next door. 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, sleeps 10. The house is almost identical aside from a few finishes. This is great for families who want to vacation together and need more room or for small family reunions, weddings/vow renewals or company retreats. Please reach out to us for availability.

Ocean Oasis One is located 60 steps (2 houses) to Mission Beach (one of the most desirable beaches in San Diego). Across the street is Mission Bay. It's in a centrally located area steps away from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

What is the difference between Mission Beach and Mission Bay?

Mission Beach proper is a peninsula that is about a mile and half long by a quarter mile wide at its widest point and boasts a 2-mile-long boardwalk.

The beach side is knows as Mission Beach.

The bay side is known as Mission Bay.

Mission Bay Park is the largest aquatic park of its kind in the country. It consists of over 4,235 acres in roughly equal parts land and water. Mission Bay boasts 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are sandy beaches.

Ocean Oasis is conveniently located within walking distance of a plethora of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and an amusement park, as well as a convenient Uber/Lyft rides to anyplace in San Diego. You can enjoy the full Mission Beach experience without ever having to get in a car.

Beach cruisers are a great way around the area. Several places rent by the hour, day, or week.

Electric bikes, and scooters are available in the neighborhood too.

Additionally, the city bus conveniently runs right through Mission Beach.

THINGS TO NOTE:

GUEST ACCESS
You will have all access to the entire beach home. It will be fully accessible with keyless entry. Detailed instructions for accessing the property will be provided to each guest prior to their arrival.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS: The City of San Diego “Good Neighbor Policy” expects all guests to abide by all laws, be respectful, and maintain the residential character of the neighborhood. Infractions of the noise limits pursuant to SDMC § 59.5. 0401 and 59.5. 0501 can result in individual administrative citations of both the guest, and the host, of up to $1,000. Under no circumstance shall loud noises be allowed after 10:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m. This restriction includes use of amplified music, shouting, slamming doors etc.). Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

CARE OF PREMISES: Guest is expected to care for the Premises as if it were their own. No confetti or tape on walls, windows, glass, cabinets etc.

RENTAL AGE: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay.

The Ocean Oasis was perfect for our girls trip to SD! It is perfectly situated on Mission Beach and in walking distance to Mission Bay and Belmont Park. The access to beaches, restaurants and activities is second to none. And the drives to Little Italy, Downtown, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc was only about 20-mins to any destination (without traffic!).The house is well appointed, stocked well for a larger group, thoughtful sleeping arrangements and ample bathrooms for a group of ladies!!We wish the couch was a bit more comfy for visiting with your group, but that was the only minor thing we might wish for more at the house.Also, be aware that there are two parking spots at the house, which is awesome, but be mindful if you have a large vehicle, as the alley to the garage and parking spot is tight. We very much enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location and home. We had a great stay. My only comments for concern: 1. Be aware there are four flughts of stairs with kitchen and family space on 3rd and 4th floors. If stairs are difficult, this isnt thw house for you.2. Get nothing bigger than a midsize car. Parking spots are small.Otherwise, this place is just off the beach. It is clean, updated, comfortable, and fully stocked. Communication with the owner is exceptional. Check in was supper easy. I would highly recommend it.

The place is situated in the most ideal location for dining and entertainment. My friends had an absolute blast at the property. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities you would need for a vacation rental. Plenty of beds for a big group as well. Loved our stay.

The house was clean and pretty. Close to some good restaurants and of course the beach. Communication was great with property manager. The only thing that would be nice would be a bigger more comfortable couch for family to hang out in lic room (especially since no tv in master bedroom) and with a lot of fog we watched 1 movie each day. But bed was comfortable and teens made s’mores at fire pit. Very nice overall.

Started off kinda rocky, as the cleaning crew was running behind.. they said they needed to do a deep cleaning but there was sand in the bunk beds. HOWEVER, the location was amazing, the rest of the house was spotless, and communication with the owner was easy. Next time we take our annual trip, this place is definitely a front runner.

The property is welcoming and clean. My daughter thought is was really nice. The kitchen is organized. The couch could be bigger and more comfortable but I see that it goes with the Murphy bed. We enjoyed the roof top. Victoria is awesome and is always available for any needs. Thanks again

We are so excited that we were able to stay at one of the Ocean Oasis properties again this year! It is so clean, many amenities (everything you need for cooking in, hair dryers, towels, beach chairs, etc.), plus a fire pit, rooftop deck with a view of fireworks, and the location on Mission Beach can't be beat. Victoria, the host, was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions, and made it a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend these properties, 11/10!

The house was set up perfectly for a girls weekend with plenty of bathrooms to get ready. Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was in a perfect location and very clean. I will return!
