This home offers convenient parking with a one-car garage plus an additional assigned spot, along with fast wifi and central heating & air conditioning throughout.

Ground Floor:
A Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.

Second Floor:
The main living space includes a gigantic flatscreen TV with leather couches and an electric fireplace. The gourmet state-of-the-art kitchen flows into the dining area, and laundry machines are conveniently located on this level. Step outside to the first of three outdoor spaces, complete with a BBQ grill. This floor also features a second bedroom (King) with a full bathroom including a tub.

Third Floor:
The spacious primary bedroom (King) boasts an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Enjoy stunning Mission Bay views from the bedroom and step out onto the private balcony equipped with a fire pit. Stairs from the balcony lead to the rooftop deck, where you`ll find 2 sun loungers and breathtaking panoramic views of Mission Bay.

While this condo is part of a multi-family complex, you have private access to the entire unit and outdoor patios, with no shared spaces.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Pacific Beach, or `PB` as locals call it, is one of San Diego`s most popular and vibrant beach neighborhoods. Known for its energetic atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and eclectic mix of surf culture and nightlife, Pacific Beach offers something for everyone. The heart of PB is the iconic Ocean Front Walk/Boardwalk, a bustling oceanfront promenade perfect for biking, skating, jogging, or people-watching. Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard are lined with casual eateries, beach bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and surf shops, creating a lively beach town vibe day and night.

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in PB. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 2 parking spaces if you bring your own vehicle.

-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
