Point Break 1 is our modern waterfront home situated in the heart of Mission Beach & conveniently located on the ground level. This stunning offering features 3br + 2ba, exclusive ~1,000 sqft bay front patio with an amazing 60' of water frontage, direct beach access, cool AC, outdoor BBQ & seating, SMART TVs in all rooms. Maximum occupancy 8

LIVING AREA
Bright & spacious single level ground floor unit situated on a prime corner lot directly on the bay. Enter the home through double glass French doors you'll experience a beautiful modern home with designer fixtures and furnishings.

Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest, Point Break 1 greets our guests with an amazing waterfront patio that can accommodate all our closest friends & family! With ~1,000 square feet, the patio features Versailles Pattern travertine tile, BBQ, several outdoor seating areas, private outdoor shower with a bonus second outdoor shower located on the side of the building & an amazing gas fire pit. Sit back & enjoy water views & kids playing on white sandy beaches & swim-friendly bay, rent a kayak or paddle board & watch Sea World fireworks from the privacy of your own home.

From the patio there are two sets of custom double glass French Doors that lead to the kitchen/dining area as well as the living room. Fantastic Open floor plan concept, the living room is open to the dining & kitchen areas that all connect to the outdoor area. The living room features water views, modern sofa seating with a flat-screen smart TV, wood-beamed vaulted ceilings, wood plank flooring, desk area, and recessed LED lighting. Just off the living room is a dining area with an additional breakfast bar on the center kitchen Island. The kitchen is beautifully finished with custom quartz stone countertops, glass tile backsplash, white solid hardwood cabinetry, & stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV's. The Master Suite is outfitted with a King bed, separate seating area and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king bed, and a playful kid-friendly bunk bed set rounds out bedroom 3.

Other features include stackable washer/dryer inside the home, air conditioning, and beach amenities including sand toys, beach chairs & boogie boards.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Check in was so easy. Our vacation was amazing because of this vacation home. Rooms were large with great storage. The beds were comfy!!! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Location was the best!! We will definitely return . Best vacation rental we’ve had! We rent every year in Mission Beach.

Awesome place

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room, quiet, kitchen fully equipped and steps to the ocean. Only complaint would be the Wi-Fi....the name never came up and we could never connect to the property's wifi. Other than that was wonderful!! A throw blanket or two in the living room would be nice but not an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything you'd expect & more!

This property was awesome. Amazing location, walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, & the beach. Super easy location for everything San Diego has to offer. Quick drive to the airport, Zoo, Torrey Pines for lunch, etc. Being on the bay side was so much more enjoyable for us with a couple of toddlers. The patio was so much fun! We will def try to stay here again when we go back to SD/Mission Beach. Only thing we'd recommend is a couple more throw blankets, new pillows & a mirror in the 2nd/3rd bedroom to make it easy as people got ready.

Great spot for families

The location is amazing especially if you have young adults. Bayside is quieter than beach side but still lots going on. Quick access to paddle boarding, bike riding, corn hole, etc. short walk to the beach. Unit did have a smell coming from the sinks which we shared with property manager. That was a bummer but hopefully they will fix. Other than that, it was a great family vacation.

Gorgeous view, lots to do, just a few quirks

Had a great family trip: biking, kayaking, paddleboarding. And just sitting out on the patio with coffee or lunch was wonderful (Note: almost no-one was wearing masks on the bike/running path a few feet away). Biggest problem was sound from the unit above. We were so glad when the non-stop running child was replaced by the quiet people; also the toilet flush runs loudly past the head of the bed. If you're allergic, recommend asking them not to use heavily-fragranced cleaning products. But no bugs (no bugs!), lovely fresh sea air, waves only if you want them from the ocean side.

Patio is fantastic place to spend your time

We loved our visit to this home. The patio overlooking the sand and water was perfect. I'd get up, watch the sunrise, drink my coffee, and then go for a walk. The house is nicely laid out, and our family enjoyed everything. We cooked a little, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We even met one of the neighbors who gave us a fantastic history of the area and the homes. Even in the chilly February weather, we LOVED our staycation.

The view from front patio is amazing, tranquil and relaxing. However, we were not made aware prior to arrival of loud and persistent construction directly behind the unit. Furnishings were hodgepodge and worn. Musty mildew odor throughout the house. Oven not working. Refrigerator not cold till next day. Thin walls. Contacted management first day, but no response till night before we left. Ants. No kitchen wrap storage such as Tupperware, foil, baggies etc. Few hooks, only mirrors in bathroom. Condo was very clean and had been adequately sanitized. Fire pit table was a great addition. Barbecue worked perfectly and was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Large living space. Bedrooms a good size.

Awesome location and view!

We loved staying here!! I would highly recommend it! The view was spectacular!! It’s right on the water at the harbor. It has a sidewalk out front great for walking and a huge shared patio. Many people walked by with their pets & children. There is a little Italian restaurant within walking distance but you do need to drive to the grocery. The condo is lovely, especially the modern kitchen! There is a huge island with barstools plus a beautiful table & chairs. We had everything we needed although they could add some more furnishings for creature comforts. Each bedroom has only one nightstand so there is nowhere to put your glasses, phone, etc. There are no lamps or side tables in the living room to read or put your beverage on. There is a sectional sofa but no additional chairs. The showers are large & nice but no shelving for soap or shampoo. The wall mounted TV in one bedroom is on the side so you can’t see the TV from the bed. We had a large minivan and it wouldn’t fit in the garage so we switched with the upstairs renters and parked in the driveway. But overall it’s a great place to stay. My only recommendations would be adding the things I mentioned. We would certainly stay here again!
