Quiet cul-de-sac location surrounded by some pretty steep hills. Clean and well stocked. Bedroom off of the garage is interesting. Arcade kept the kids entertained. Airplanes start taking off at 6:30, but you really only hear them if the windows are open.

Amazing views from several rooms. The dining room was a perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the view. The area is very safe.Had fun playing the classic video games as well as the other board games available.The property was close to many attractions.The host Aram, kept in constant communication to ensure your stay was enjoyable.

Great Stay!

This property was perfectly located and was very cozy! We stayed here with some friends for my husbands 30th birthday and really enjoyed it! The views were incredible as well!!! Definitely recommend!

Amazing location and wonderful communication w/ host

This location is perfect if you want a mix of city and beach activities as it's close to everything! The neighborhood also shows out of towners a unique spot in the city. The communication with the host was great and the spot is perfect for large groups!

Aram and his place were amazing!

We came for TwitchCON and was able to stay here, we are all VR creators and was an amazing place with many accommodations! Very responsive through messages answering all my questions and let us drop off bags before checkin

Just what we needed

This house had an amazing view and was the perfect size for five adults and five kiddos. Evan was very communicative with details for getting in the house and throughout our stay.

Super clean and everything you need is there. The view is really spectacular and we spent a lot of time watching the ever changing scene. We heard only one flight in the middle of the night. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Bonus, you can see the fireworks at Sea World too.

It's Better in Person

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the views were amazing. The location was perfect, and the ease of contactless check-in and check-out was the best. The host was detailed in all of the correspondence and intructions. I would highly recommend this property.

We had such a great time here! What I was most surprised about was how well stocked the house was! There were plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pan, and cleaning things if we needed them!! You don’t see that very often at rentals and it was so nice that we didn’t have to worry about that!

Great home base for guys’ golf trip

Myself and three friends met in San Diego for a week-long golf trip. This place was a perfect home base for us to explore the area and golf our hearts out.Check-in and check-out process was so easy and the house had all the amenities listed and we could desire. Can’t recommend this place enough for friends or even a family as a great headquarters to get around the wonderful city of San Diego.

Roomy house with an amazing view

We go to SD quite often to see our son in the Marines. Everyone in our family said we’ve got to stay here again. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to hangout. It’s easy to get to Little Italy and other places like airport. Great communication with the host. Would definitely book again!

Very responsive host

Great location, but difficult to find on goggle. Uber had problems with location. House was very well equipped. Host was always on the ready to help. Great place for adults to enjoy all the attractions of San Diego.

Overall great

This house was perfect for our two families enjoying a vacation. The location was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils (maybe bring your own foil, baggies, etc). Most of all, the host was very attentive. We needed a couple more towels and trash bags and they were delivered within an hour.
