This home offers a kitchenette, a full bathroom, portable AC unit, beach essentials galore, and a superb location for your beach adventure. This house hosts a queen size bed for you and ample room to spread out! Bring your pup with you to this beachy escape so he/she do not miss out on the action of Mission Beach!

The studio features a no-frills-no-fuss design aesthetic perfectly suited for an easy going beach vacation. A handy kitchenette area includes a mini fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven for home convenience. A space heater and portable air-conditioner come equipped for seasonal comfort. When you're not out at the beach, kick back at home with shows and movies on the TV or play for the high score on the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. A surfboard rack is also equipped for safe and easy board storage.

This home is located on the ground floor. No parking is offered, but there is free street parking in the surrounding areas. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance.

3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.

Two (2) person maximum occupancy.

Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee ($225+tax) for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
