Walk to the ocean or bay from this recently updated beach house in the heart Pacific Beach! Plenty of sand and sun located just blocks away at Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Grill your favorite foods on a Weber grill. Private patio with firepit and driveway parking. Primary guest must be 25 years old. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. We have enhanced cleaning protocols.

The location was perfect with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The bathrooms were clean, but need new towels. The instructions for Wi-Fi, television, door locks were clear and helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed to make breakfast and light meals. We were disappointed that the kitchen had not been cleaned thoroughly, so we cleaned the counters, range hood and swept the floor before using. Would be good for families with kids, with a bunk room and plenty of beach toys available.

Stayed here for a long weekend when our son graduated from MCRD. Nice modest sized beach house. Just enough room for us and our 3 adult children. The fireside table on the front porch was great for evening cocktails and morning coffee. We could walk, bike or drive to multiple beaches with fun restaurants. Such a perfect location.Neighbors were a bit loud sometimes due to close proximity, but it was usually short lived. Our only wish was for a full sized coffee pot. We depleted the Keurig cups pretty quickly! :)

Great place! My group of seven fit great. Was clean and well stocked. The outdoor fire pit was so fun. July 2025 there were 6 beach towels, enough bath towels for each of us. For the beach there was a nice wagon, a small boogie boards, beach umbrella, bag of beach toys, four beach chairs.The only downside was there is no door into the master bathroom so we would just have to lock the bedroom door. Walk to the beach was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

“GOOD LOCATION” …. Only a few blocks from the beach and close to “downtown” Pacific Beach with lots of shops and restaurants and only minutes from Campland By The Bay, Sea World and Mission Bay. Lots of new renovations to an older home, but very comfortable. The off street parking in the driveway was a HUGE plus! Host James was exceptional.

Thanksgiving at beach 2024

Our stay was very enjoyable, the location was great, 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There were many stores and restaurants walking distance away. The neighborhood was nice family friendly and quiet. The front of the house has a cute little sitting area and the front porch had a great fire pit. The amenities were great and well stock with all necessities. There was beach wagon with chairs and bikes to ride. The host was great and very responsive when we had questions. Would stay again.

Great Family House

Really loved the location of this property --- close walk to the bay and ocean. Worked well for our family of 7. Was hot when we got there, but once we opened the windows and turned on the fans, it cooled off.

Pacific Beach home

The home was perfect for our adult family get together. Great location to beach and restaurants. It was clean and well equipped with all the kitchen amenities needed, including coffee. With the windows open we had nice cool air which was quite relaxing, Beds were comfortable and bedding soft.

Fantastic location for a family!

Great property! Such a great location. Only a couple blocks from the beach, stores, and restaurants. It was stocked with everything! It had a pack and play, a beach wagon, a beach umbrella, beach chairs even beach toys and towels. Great space for families! Quiet neighbors. The apartment behind us had construction going on, but the contractors were the nicest people so we didn't mind at all. And they weren't very loud. My husband was talking with them all day haha. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Location was great. Restaurants and beach were walkable. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart were very helpful for spending a day at the beach. James was very responsive and helpful. House was very cute. We had a great vacation staying there.

Thanksgiving Week 2022

Nice house, great location ! Off street parking on the driveway made loading and unloading easy. Short bike ride to the beach. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is a great family park, walking distance, at the south end of Fanuel Street that is right on the Bay with Concrete Board walk for bike riding along the Bay. There is play ground equipment and lots of "community" beach toys for the kids- plastic buckets, toy trucks, shovels etc. If you bring your own toys own be prepared to share as it is assumed that all toys are shared :)
