This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is perfect for a short or long term vacation in America's Finest City. With Mission Bay within view and quick access to Interstate 5, this home is perfect for staying near Bay Park or venturing out to La Jolla, Sea World, or the famous Gaslamp Quarter. It is usually suitable for couples and families up to 6 people. Welcome to your perfect getaway!

• Keeping our home clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned and disinfected and all linens are laundered before each reservation.

We loved this home!

This home is cute and located within 20 minutes of pretty much everything from the zoo, Sea World, Old Town and the beaches! The patio and hot tub were our favorite we spent every night by the fire. They had what we needed in the kitchen for cooking and we enjoyed their recommendations for restaurants in the area. The only complaint would be the noise from the train that is across the street but it wasn't bad enough to keep us from staying here again. We will absolutely be back!

Family friendly in Bay Park

This house was a perfect fit for our family! The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials, games, and baby necessities. The hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus!

Ed was fantastic to work with and such a great communicator and host! The house was in a great location and made it easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. It is beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Loved this place!

Great home and an excellent location. We loved the location, it was in the middle of everything we wanted to go to. The front porch and the backyard were so nice and cozy, and at night it was even nicer when the lights were turned on. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again when we come back to San Diego!

Great stay! Good value!

We (family of four) stayed in San Diego for a week, and the house is in a great spot to easily get around the city quickly. The host is fantastic and very responsive. Backyard is very nice and hot tub is a great touch. Beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning in each room works very well too. Only drawback is the highway/train is a bit noisy, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. .

Paradise!

This home on Morena is in the perfect location. So close to great restaurants in the city and all the beaches. The house is gorgeous and we loved the hot tub out back. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. My family and I loved making memories here.

Adventure Family Ready

Location is perfect...10 minutes from everything awesome in San Diego (Mission Bay, La Jolla, Downtown, Coronado!!). Great hot tub, easy garage access to store surf boards and kayaks. "Sleeps 6" as long as two sleep on couches...which is fine for my family. Families or small groups that are looking for a simple and comfortable place to hang out between adventures!

Exactly as described

Property was exactly as described. Ed was a very pleasent gentleman to deal with. Interstate close but neighbors are quiet and it really didny affect us what so ever. We usually stay on the beach in a condo but wanted more privacy this time around. All in all it was exactly what we payed for.

Very Nice Home

We had a wonderful time in San Diego and loved staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It had plenty of towels, beach towels, soaps and shampoos, some beach umbrellas and chairs, and some snorkeling gear. It is on a busy street, but it is easy to get into and out of the garage with the car. We were out all day on a day that reached 100 degrees, and upon entering the home at the end of the day, it was hot, but the air conditioners did a very nice job of cooling it right down. The trolly line is on the same street with a very close park and ride that will take you all over the city. If we had more time there, we would have taken the trolly down to Little Italy and back. It's just so hard to find parking down in that area. All in all, we would stay here again.

Cute House

The house was nice and was in a central location with access to everything. The house is on a busy street and the train pass through which can be noisy but not an issue. We enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend this place.

The property was exactly what the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Having a nice Livingroom to sit and relax was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen with mugs, cups, plates, glasses and cutlery. The backyard patio was awesome! Hot tub, firepit and many places to sit and eat. The fresh oranges and lemons picked from the tree was a plus. 20 minutes to downtown San Diego, 15 minutes to the airport. Ed is a super host!

Well stocked home. Tastefully decorated.

The owner pays attention to details! Beds were comfy, great towels, kitchen and bath supplies. The shared bath is small but the bedrooms have enough space for everything. Location is convenient to everything but it is on the highway access road. The noise did not disturb our sleep but it did make the outside less enjoyable. The hot tub worked and the gardens are beautiful!!

Wonderful home and hosts!

We loved staying at this house! The location is great, the house was immaculate equipped with coffee for the early mornings and a hot tub and fire pit for the late nights. Our kids loved the board games and felt right at home. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful time in San Diego!

Ed and Rita are amazing hosts! They were flexible with our arrival time, and check in/check out was very easy. The instructions for getting the key/garage open were clear. Ed and Rita really thought of everything for this place! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed. The mattress is super comfortable, we slept great every night! The cooling units and fans work very well. All of the furnishings are very cute and trendy. You can see the water in Mission Bay from the house! I will miss waking up and having my coffee and seeing the water! The sunsets from the Front Deck are great, and the jacuzzi is a super relaxing place to watch the stars from on a clear night! The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice meals, but there are also lots of great restaurants nearby. Ed and Rita put together a binder with some of their favorite places to eat in San Diego, I wish we had a chance to get to all of them! My biggest concern with this property before we rented it is that it is located on a busy a street and close to the freeway, but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Ed and Rita recently put in the best windows so you are never bothered by outside sounds. The backyard was great for my dog to run around in, and there are amazing views from the higher part of the backyard. We are actually moving permanently to San Diego soon, but I will definitely recommend Ed and Rita's place to all my friends and family when they come to visit. It is centrally located to everywhere you might want to go in San Diego, from Sea World, to the Zoo, La Jolla, Downtown, etc, its all so close! Thank you Ed and Rita for your hospitality and flexibility!
