Awesome View of Beach + Pier, Queen + Full + Couch, Kitchen, Hot-tub

Fantastic location 30 seconds to Ocean Beach with unobstructed views of the sand, waves, pier and OB volleyball courts. We are pet friendly (no fee!) and you can walk your dog to Dog Beach (the best dog park you've ever seen!). Walking distance to restaurants, bars and quirky beach shops.

It has a bedroom with a queen bed and a private den with a full size futon. The spacious and cozy living area includes a breakfast table, couch/TV and kitchen. A dedicated parking space is included - which can be a life saver during high traffic beach days. You have free access to a laundry room and cleaning supplies. You can also enjoy ample use of the shared hot tub. Wifi is free. This unit is located through a locked gait for extra privacy and security.

There is no need to bring your beach items! We have a decent supply of towels and sunscreen and there is a storage room with free access to frisbees, balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items, wagons, etc.

You will find people in this area are very friendly. It's a mellow, fun, safe relaxing, and, at times, breathtaking place to enjoy the sun, sand, and the ocean breeze.

The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The place was extremelyclean and had everything we needed— even a lovely basket of snacks!This really is an amazing location—literally steps from the beach. The shared secluded space downstairs with hot tub, fire pit and games was wonderful. Even though it was shared with other guests, everyone was very respectful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the place, and hope to come back next time I’m in San Diego!

Had an amazing time with put 2 fur babie. The dog beach was perfect. Our condo was clean, fun, and full of all we needed. Mark and his wife responded quickly and wr had no issues at all. If you arelooking for a place right at the beach you found it. Cant wait to come back.

Beautiful

This place is perfect. Ocean vibes, close to the beach, parking space for the unit. We loved our weekend here and this is the only vrbo my wife wants to stay at in the future. Great communication and nice extras like sun screen and snacks!

The Best!

From the first time I saw this place I knew I had to stay there. It exceeded my expectations from the location to the beach vibe and view and all around charm. The host, Mark, is such a great guy and so kind. We had zero issues of any kind during our stay. We went to the San Diego zoo and the USS Midway which is approximately 20 minute drive or so but I highly recommend taking a Lyft or Uber for around $18 plus tip each way. Shops and restaurants are plentiful and many within walking distance which is also double cool! The view and the beach is great and I have nothing but praise for the accommodations here and the location and like I said, it was more than I anticipated. I guarantee if I come back to San Diego I’m staying here again! Oh, I almost forgot that the beach toys and chairs and umbrella and things were a great bonus!
