This location was convenient to so many things including a Northgate market, which I really enjoy. 99 Ranch isn't to far away either so I was able to secure need sundries. Edward does an excellent job of communicating should you have any questions. The place is fairly spacious and I opted to take the room with the futon and office desk.I do wish the parking was a bit wider. First few days, the neighbors parked really close to the line, making it impossible to open doors once pulled in. This was experienced in a Kia Niro, a compact SUV/crossover.Also, there is no AC and it was particularly hot and humid this last weekend. All you can really do to keep the place cooler is open all windows and the front door and run all the fans at top speed. When leaving, you definitely have to be sure to close the ground level windows. The unit is listed as ground level but it exists above a carport so there are steps. You will have to carry any heavy luggage. The fan systems are pretty nifty with the lights and remote to control them. One room was missing the remote and, thankfully, there was a small fan to place in there. The highlight for me was the bidet. One of my roommates and I were discussing how great it was to have. Also, I don't know what brand of toilet paper they use, but it was one of the best I've experienced at a stay. The fridge was nice and there were espresso machines we unfortunately did not make use of but all in all, a pleasurable stay.
