Imagine waking to the ocean's surf as it greets the sandy shore; before you is the endless view of blue Pacific. You and the ocean as you sip your coffee gazing at the serenity from your balcony, entertained by schools of dolphin sailing the waves and surfers challenging the waters. Never have to leave your reserved parking space--all you need is within a short walk--stores, supermarket, restaurants, salons, clubs-entertainment, churches, etc. So relax in your 'beachy' condo and enjoy with the ever-present ocean right outside your door.

We love this location and this building. This unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival and we had no need for any other items, expect our own personal things!! There was even coffee avaliable in the unit! We would recommend this unit to others!! We really appreciated the beach necessities, and were so glad that was provided, as we flew in from Washington State!! Might reserve again in the future!! My only complaint...there should be a doormat inside the units front door, (not just on the outside) so we can wipe our shoes and sandals off. And perhaps a shoe rack as well...that would be helpful! But thats just a small thing! Thank You!!!

Close to everything. No car needed. Views of sunset are pretty. Tight living quarters for a family with pre teens. Check kitchen for cooking items before buying food to make sure you have the supplies needed.

We absolutely loved our stay, the accommodation had everything we needed and more. We cooked most evenings and weren’t missing any utensils. There was a great selection of beach essentials for us and the kids, which we were extremely pleased about as we spent most of our time at the beach. The views were spectacular, nothing beat waking up and going to bed looking at that view. The location is great with beach access right in front of the property car park, we booked this accommodation as it had access to a pool too but as there was everything we needed for the beach we didn’t actually use the pool. The beds were comfy and there was a travel cot for our youngest. 100% would recommend staying here to anybody looking. The hosts were great at communicating and really quick to respond. Thank you!

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

Our family had an amazing week at the Haven in Pacific Beach! The view and location is hard to beat, you are in the northern part of PB but it’s quieter and still walkable to many restaurants and shops. Beach access is steps away down the main cliff. Property is easy to navigate and parking was easy but a little tight. The kitchen is well stocked, we were able to make our meals and enjoy the view from the dining area. The biggest highlight of this place is the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. We loved sitting near the windows and watching the waves. Even saw dolphins in the ocean from the condo. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach!

Spectacular in EVERY WAY

Thank you for sharing this spectacular haven on the beach. There's no better views anywhere else. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you could potentially want to make the most of your beach vacay. Highly highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

50th Birthday Getaway

Working with Nancy to book the property was so easy. She responded quickly and was always helpful. The condo is exactly as advertised on the listing. Million dollar views doesn’t give it justice. We enjoyed our time immensely. Highly recommended.

Spectacular!

The condo was on the 2nd floor and the view of the ocean was amazing! It was the perfect amount of space for my daughter and I. The only inconvenience was that they were working on the elevators, so they were a little slow, but it is understandable that maintenance is needed.This was our first time visiting San Diego! The area was great, there are several eating and coffee cafes within walking distance, a car is not needed to get around. We stumbled upon a wonderful coffee/breakfast place called The Drift Cafe the first day. The food was delicious and so was the coffee. Check it out if you are staying at this condo.The weather was a little cool, but way nicer than back home in Indiana! We needed a sweatshirt in the morning and evening, but it was sunny almost every day of our stay. It was a very nice location, easy access to the beach and there were many surfers to watch while sitting at the beach. There were shops and eating places as you walked along the path!We also went to the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, a short drive from the condo. It did not disappoint. They were both fantastic! The highlight of our trip was a whale/dolphin watching sunset cruise. The sunset was spectacular and we saw a rare sighting of false killer whales. The crew was super excited because they said they had never seen these on other cruises!I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking it for your next vacation in San Diego.

The perfect beachside getaway!

We loved everything about this stay! Right on the ocean so we could watch surfers and dolphins, in Pacific Beach where there's great restaurants, and great accommodations so we could sleep well and cook some meals. We will be back!

Vacation

Everything was excellent except for minor details. The toaster is quite dated. Hard to figure how to use it then hard to actually use it. Toaster door sticks, handle falls off. We could not get heat in bedroom may have been our error. Overall it was excellent. Price was higher than we normally pay but it was worth it.

Wonderful Stay in a Comfortable Beach Condo!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this condo, complete with a stunning ocean view! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as listed. The modern and stylish decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere.The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. Exploring the area was a breeze, and the neighborhood felt both safe and welcoming.Nancy was an exceptional host—responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.All in all, I highly recommend this beach condo to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Can I move in?

Capri By The Sea is the optimal spot for me when I go to San Diego. Sights and comforts are exceptional and I can pretty much walk to everything I want/need. This was my first experience with this unit and this manager. I was NOT disappointed. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely rebook this unit.

My sister and I care for 94 year old dad. When we heard a cousin had passed, dad told us to go represent the family, & take an extra day to relax. This property allowed us to breathe the air, hear the water & watch the many surfers in the waves. Thanks for the rejuvenation!
