This bright and spacious rental unit is close to everything in Ocean Beach! The beach is 1.5 blocks away, its location is easily walkable to shops, pubs/restaurants and entertainment venues. The three bedroom apartment is 850 square feet and the two bedroom apartments are 650 square feet.



The upstairs units have an open living room with a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The living rooms showcase a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area in the upstairs units has built-in seating booths with additional chairs to comfortably seat six people. The dining area in the downstairs unit has a custom-built white oak table with bench seating. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchens allows easy meal preparation.



The bathrooms have an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a Pack N Play and high chair. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and a beach wagon are also available for guests to use.
