Amazing Views and beautiful house.

We were in San Diego visiting Family and opted for a VRBO for part of our stay. Next time we will skip the hotel portion. The comfort and location of this property was amazing but the views are just as outstanding as the interior. Photos do not do it justice. The location provided easy access to everywhere in San Diego, 6 minutes from a beautiful sunset at the Cliffs, minutes from the Embarcadero and great beaches. The cherry on top for me was the Koi and turtle pond surrounded by beautiful air plants and succulents as well as all of the outdoor living spaces. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Pros:Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around. Close to harbor. Turtles! Beautifully remodeled. Some rentals feel sterile-this didn’t. Awesome views! 3 huge TVs. Enjoyed eating dinners on the front deck.Owners are very nice. They are onsite which was a surprise to us. They are in separate lower unit. They didn’t bother us & when we’d see them we initiated conversation & they were helpful & easy to chat with. They have cute dogs that are very loved. Beds/pillows comfy.Has AC but mostly didn’t need it. When did use, it worked very well.Not a fan of Ralph’s grocery store. found grocery store (Jensens) closer to house. Would be great if owner could provide personal recommendations for shopping/eating. ConsWe asked about curtains in master before booked & were assured they would be there for our stay. No curtains. said there was a delay. It isn’t about the brightness of the room. I didn’t feel comfortable changing. small window right next to bed that looks into the neighbors deck. didn’t see them but gave me the creeps knowing anyone could see me sleeping. Toilets are electric & loud. If sensory issues you can unplug but you’ll need to plug back in to flush. Photos make roof deck look private. Stairs to roof deck (BBQ) are steep. Deck is awesome but behind you is neighbor that has windows looking into deck & they were home. I felt I was in their space even though we were on the property. pros outweighed cons. We would stay again next time we visit.

Perfect Getaway – Even Better Than the Photos!

From the moment we arrived, this place exceeded all expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets. Everything was modern and updated, a really cool unique layout of the house for sure! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The highlight of this stay was hands down the deck — the view of the city was unreal, especially at sunset. It had everything we needed for a solid hangout: comfy seating, great lighting, and the perfect setup for music, drinks, and good conversation. Whether we were chilling out on the deck or lounging inside, it was the ideal spot for a guys’ weekend. Would 100% stay here again!
