Charming 1br+1ba beach home located just 3 houses to the bay & across the street from the ocean in the heart of Mission Beach. This premier front unit is highlighted by an expansive fully fenced front patio, equipped with multiple seating areas, fire pit, BBQ, & shade umbrella! Other highlights include 2 parking spaces, A/C, 2 Samsung SMART TV's, & coastal interior design touches throughout; 1 dog allowed (unfortunately no cats). Note there is a rear unit with its own separate entry & outdoor patio. Maximum occupancy 4 (2 adults max).

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
This professionally designed home is filled with beach charm & natural light. As you enter the home you'll be greeted by the main living area surrounded by windows. This space includes a sofa bed, mounted Samsung SMART TV, adjacent dining for 4, & a galley kitchen complete with granite counters, new cabinets, & stainless steel appliances. The bedroom houses a queen bed, mounted Samsung SMART TV, & an ensuite bath (tub/shower combo).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

The host was fine. The place was nice, the unloading in front of the apartment was not good. Couldn’t get our stuff through the gate because a car was parked in front of the gate. Everything had to be put over the wall. Our bikes could not go through the gate. If we were able to use the gates on the side of the house we would have been able to bring our bikes in front of the apartment. Someone stole stuff off our bikes, they had to be in the back where the car was parked. If I had known when I booked that place about the unloading in the front, not brining able to get through gate I would not of stayed there. Not being allow to use that side gates was really a very inconvenience.

The property location was perfect ... 50 steps to Mission Bay and a one-minute walk to the Ocean.The property is tired looking and sorely in need of a deep cleaning ... the floors and base boards are dirty. A paint job would go a long way towards freshening up the property!

Good location

We did spring break here with the family. It's a 500sqft house with a pullout couch if you need. The location is nice. It's on the bay side so if you just want to go for a walk and the beach is a small walk across the street go west. Parking is in the back you just have to look for the turn going north.

Great staging location

The property was an excellent choice for our week long stay. While it's compact, we found the kitchen functional, the bed comfy, the bathroom more than adequate and the living area adequate, although we needed to move a couple chairs from the patio. The patio was a highlight for us and we sat by the fire pit every night and used a BBQ a couple times. Both are propane and the managers stored additional full tanks for our use (and we took advantage!) The BBQ may look dated, but it was the cleanest I've ever encountered and was excellent for both grilling and roasting. The fire pit put out enough heat on medium setting to quell the night's chill. The location is less than 100 yards from both the bay and the ocean and we walked more than 5 miles a day on the dedicated pathways.

Perfect for a getaway

We spent a very pleasant four days at the property, which was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t do any cooking, we were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and clean, fresh bedding and towels. Beach chairs could probably use an upgrade, but we were glad to have them for our use. The front patio is a perfect spot to hang out, and of course we appreciated the dedicated parking, as the street parking in the area is hard to come by. Location is wonderful and perfect for walking, both on the oceanfront boardwalk and the bayside path. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a small grocery store within easy walking distance as well. Our only glitch was a smoke alarm that chirped in the middle of our first night; when I called the after-hours number, I got a response to the issue right away and was able to resolve it. The property manager came by the next morning to change the battery and was very pleasant and helpful, especially considering I had woken her up! We woyld stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to get the chance soon!

Great location

The unit is so close to both Mission Bay and the ocean. We enjoyed biking around the bay and walking along the ocean. While we walked most places, having a parking space was helpful to explore greater San Diego. We stayed for a month in the front unit. Size was great for two adults and our dog. Outdoor space was nice. Would have been tight inside for 2 more people, especially since we kept our bikes inside.

The property was well kept, clean and well equipped. Washing machine and dryer were a plus. New appliances in kitchen, Living room very small and could use a new couch and chair. Very limited seating. All in all a great little cottage.

Great place!

We loved this property! It was in a great location steps away from the beach and the bay! The house was in great condition, clean and the amenities were perfect. The patio was great for evening dinners or drinks and the fire pit was a perfect feature. We appreciated the welcome packet with all the information we needed for our stay to be successful, and the property managers checked in with us on the first day. Great place! Will stay here or at another one of the properties - recommend to others as well!
