POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.

Location and parking! This small condo is right off Mission Beach and offers one parking spot! I appreciated the kitchen with tea kettle and Brita pitcher along with the ceiling fans, AC, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi (remote work). The easy open windows, blinds and beach chairs were also wonderful additions.However, there are some eye sores..chipping paint, rust, markings on walls, and filthy bathroom light fixture. The chairs at the table had loose screws and the mattress was uncomfortable, but I made it work. I did request hangers for the closet (none upon arrival) and a thinner blanket for the bed and those items were delivered the next day. **Pls note there is nowhere to put your clothes or smart outlets for charging devices.

The place was ok. It was very small, but fit our needs.30 second walk and you are on the beach. Nice to have beach chairs and a boogie board. Clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Bed ok, needs better pillows.Shower has zero pressure and does not get hot. Kitchen sink has INSANE pressure and hot water you can barely touch. No storage. 5 hangers and 2 very small drawers…enough for a few pairs of underwear and socks.Needs fly swatter, inside door mat and a more comfortable couch.

Great little spot so close to the beach!

For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key.

Great location

We had a wonderful time staying right by the beach. The rental was great, parking was easy and we enjoyed the boogie board and beach chairs that were in the unit. It's just the right size for 2 people and my only wish was somewhere to hang wet swimsuits/towels to dry.

Great place for two people. Very close to beach, comfortable. Small but has essentials needed. Closet to hang clothes some though lacks a dresser so be prepared to keep clothes in your suitcase. Clean and newer furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Two folding beach chairs, two beach towels and boogie board provided which we appreciated. Would stay here again.,

Affordable very close to beach

Cleanliness was our top priority - we were not disappointed. Yes, space is tight, but we knew that. And glad we didn’t have a vehicle larger than our Highlander as the parking space is fairly short as described. I was surprised that coffee and filters were not provided as all other Vrbo properties we have stayed at provide that but that’s not worth getting upset at, just be aware to bring your own. (There was a box of teabags a previous guest left behind and I happily made due with those.) A one minute stroll to the beach at a very fair price - of course it isn’t spacious, but no one is going to San Diego to stay in their room, are they?

Fantastic location

We were so close to the ocean that you could hear the waves at night. The unit was lovely and well stocked. An extra blanket and black out curtains would have made it perfect.
