Check out the California Coastal Trail that runs all of San Clemente coastline to Dana Point. Electric bikes are a great day rental to explore the greater area. After a sunny day at the beach, relax in the tropical courtyard and plan your outing for dinner. Del Mar is the main street of San Clemente and is a 15 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants and shopping! SoCal has so much to offer with Disneyland 45 minutes to the north and San Diego 1 hour to the south. Carlsbad with Legoland 30 minutes to the south, Laguna Beach 30 minutes north and Dana Point 15 minutes north. Come enjoy the sun and palm trees in San Clemente, 'The Spanish Village by the Sea'!


There are beautiful, large, trees surrounding this home giving you and your family all the privacy you'll need! The backyard is perfect for entertaining the whole family or your guests whether playing games, finding a nook to read, taking a nap, or having a barbecue.

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home has beautiful hardwood floors and wood beamed ceilings in each room giving the home a warm and comfortable feeling.

The spacious and beautifully furnished living room has lots of comfortable seating, a cable ready large flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.

A wonderfully light, bright modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stone backsplashes has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires, including a bar with high top stools and a dining area for 4 so everyone can eat together.

The king master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV with Netflix only for your enjoyment and a full en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a flat screen TV that is cable ready in the queen bedroom and a ceiling fan in each bedroom and they share a hallway bath with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 6; an air mattress is available for an additional fee. so it can sleep 8.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and there is also off street parking.

This home is 45 minutes to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Legoland, and 25 minutes to Del Mar racetrack. Various hiking trails are also easily accessible from this home as is the freeway - so you can easily venture down San Diego way too.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

It is within walking distance of famous T-Street Beach, hiking trails, and excellent shopping and restaurants. When you think San Clemente vacation house, this house should come to mind.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the house so the front, back, and side yards have wonderful spaces for relaxing. The back yard is great for playing games, barbecuing and dining al fresco.

The inside spaces are spacious, light and bright, and full of nooks where one or more can gather to relax and recharge.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
