Luxury Condo with Private Yard, Hot Tub & Fire Pit located in the heart of San Clemente’s beautiful historic village. Just a quick walk—or free trolley ride (Mar–Oct)—to the main beach, pier, world-class dining, cafés, boutiques, and shops.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a relaxed beachy feel and all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses, premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, Central AC, multiple large-screen TVs, music speakers, softened water for spa-quality showers, filtered drinking water, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Outside, enjoy one of the best private outdoor spaces in the Del Mar building: a private hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor TV, ping-pong table, generous seating areas, dining space, BBQ grill, and a pet-friendly yard. The entire ceiling has been professionally soundproofed, making the interior exceptionally quiet even with a unit above.

The condo was clean and festively decorated for Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked with excellent array of pots, pans, utensils. The beds super comfy!! The location perfect, a short walk in one direction to the beach and in the other, to town! The owners were super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful San Clemente Pier beach, and surrounded by an incredible selection of restaurants all within walking distance. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.The condo itself felt like a full-on beach resort. Every amenity we could have possibly needed was already there, which made packing and planning for the trip incredibly simple. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home.Pete and Cathy are outstanding hosts. Communication was top-notch from start to finish, and they went above and beyond by sharing local tips, activity updates, and some great restaurant recommendations that we ended up loving!Our family had an amazing time and created priceless memories that we’ll cherish forever. Summertime

The condo was amazing. Had a nice little backyard. We had two little dogs. It was very convenient. We walked all the restaurants on the beach. They provided all the beach, chairs, towels, and umbrella umbrellas, which was very nice for us and it was very quiet at night we would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway

I traveled to San Clemente with 3 friends to play pickleball, and it was the perfect location. We walked to the beach, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. It was a short drive to Life Time to play pickleball on their beautiful courts. The trip was better than anticipated! We all loved our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful accommodations & attentive hosts!

We come to San Clemente multiple times per year to visit our daughter and her family but this visit we were also brining my father-in-law and daughter-in-law and needed quite a bit more room. This condo was perfect! Clean and spacious with a spot-on location, and the hosts were very attentive and available for any questions. And they left wine! Highly recommend. And if we ever need a larger space to visit we will definitely be back here again.

Perfect Girls Trip

This condo is a San Clemente gem. It’s a great location, park your car and walk for your entire stay. It’s a short, although somewhat hilly, walk to the beach. And a very short walk to the local restaurants and shopping. The hosts of the condo are so fantastic! This was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at and she is very responsive if you need anything. Our stay was the perfect back to school girls trip.

Great Place at a Great Price

Loved this location. The hosts are super thoughtful and seem to have thought of everything. They make it so easy and enjoyable not just to have a great stay, you also have a great time. They provide lots of helpful information about the area, things to do, places to eat, helpful info about the property including a dedicated website replete with everything you need to know and more. There are also complimentary bicycles, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, drinks and so much more. They understand hospitality and it is a pleasure to both work with them and enjoy their fabulous property. It's not just a rental, it's an experience.

Our top 3 picks...walking distance to, well, everything...even Ralphs! Farmer's Market...visited twice! Hot tub...it was cold with a chance of rain, but you wouldn't know if in the tub! Great stay!

Getaway

Even in the rain, we enjoyed our stay… close walk to pretty much everything. Home was immaculate, complete with bikes and a bottle of wine. I watched the chiefs game from the jacuzzi, and walked right out into to a farmers market. Surf was firing, and sushi nearby was on point. Enjoy.

Great location!

Very clean, all beach chairs, paddleboards look new and well taken care of. They had 10+ bikes to choose from. Wine, water in frigerator for guests. Rode bikes to the pier had a great time. Was here for a wedding. Every year we vacation at Newport Beach for a week, we have decided to come back here next year. Thank you for everything.
