Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

The Beach Cottage provides all you'll need to enjoy everything that this charming town offers.

Couldn't have been more wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay. The whole experience was five star! Wonderful property, close walk to the beach, beautiful porch, such kind friendly neighbors, and the property manager went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and right at home. The kind bed was so comfy and my kids said the pullout couch was good too! Place has everything you need!

Great Property Near Beach and Downtown

Close enough to easily walk to the beach and to downtown San Clemente. Visiting son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton and this worked out perfectly. Owner even provided beach towels and toys! Will stay again for sure!!!!

Best time in San Clemente!

Such a perfect location, the cutest little beach house with a great front porch to relax at. So close to the beach, neighborhood is nice and quiet and cute. Nice neighbors. The house was super clean and comfy. The host was super communicative and responsive and so nice! I would absolutely stay here again when visiting!

Great Location, Friendly Neighborhood

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2025 while visiting from the Bay Area for my daughter's baby shower weekend. The space was a perfect size for my mom, my significant other, and me. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the front patio, strolling to downtown for shopping and dining, and walking to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a repeat visit to San Clemente, but the best property we’ve enjoyed. The “cottage” was adorable and the amenities beyond expectations. The bed and bath linens were terrific and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Kuerig, with supplied pods, was a treat as were the laundry facilities, again with necessities furnished.Jennifer, the manager was amazing. She was so willing to help and a joy to meet and talk to.We will definitely be back.

The house is cozy, clean, well-equipped and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Owner lives in the house behind it and it very accessible. For us unlucky ones that have to work while there, a little desk would be appreciated, as would be instructions so that we don't have to bother landlord so much. E.g., where exactly to park and that the washer/dryer are in the owner's building.

Really nice stay

The cottage was clean and well maintained. We loved how close it was to the beach - about a 10 minute walk, noting that it was down (and then up) a pretty sizable hill but that was no problem for us. There also was plenty of paid parking at the beach if you wanted to drive.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for our needs. 2 adults and 1 child fit perfectly in this cottage. Anything you need is within walking distance. The cottage was clean. The area was great. The owner answered inquiries within minutes. 10/10 recommend!!

Great cottage near beach

Very comfortable two bedroom college about a quarter mile from the beach in San Clemente. Very thoughtfully furnished for a beach vacation. The owner and property manager were both extremely responsive.

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect little beach cottage for a small girls getaway. I overpacked because everything you need is there! So close to everyplace you need to go. Jenn is so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!!!
