Watch pelicans diving, whale spouts on the horizon, and some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see at this one-bedroom condo overlooking the ocean in the heart of San Clemente.

This condo is enviably located across Avenida Victoria from the beach, the San Clemente Beach Trail, and the San Clemente Pier, allowing you to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, strolling, and beachcombing. If you walk less than half a mile in the opposite direction, you'll come upon the cafes, restaurants, and shops of downtown San Clemente.

This is a wonderful spot to begin each day with a mug of coffee before heading out for an outdoor adventure.

Inside, large windows fill the space with natural light and blue water views. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, two dining tables, and a living room with comfortable seating, chic California coastal decor, and a big-screen smart TV. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, but does feature ceiling fans. The ocean breeze is also effective for cooling the interior.
This home features old plumbing. Please do not flush any products down the drain.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

San Clemente
The location was terrific, the driveway parking good and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy and they had good quality linens and bath towels. The main problem was a broken combination door lock which was remedied on the second day by giving us keys. Until then it was hit or miss, mostly miss, on trying to get in the unit. The other problem was the bathtub did not come with a rubber mat for the bottom of the tub. There were no strips and the surface was very smooth and slick. We needed to buy a tub mat immediately. The tub drainage was also very slow. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location is terrific! Close to the pier, restaurants, beach activities. It was quiet up until 5 days ago then the saws and hammers started with the remodel next door. Very noisy even on Labor Day! I would not have extended my vacation if I had known how noisy it would be! Really unfortunate for me. The area rug needs to be shampooed. I had barefeet after my shower and I had to wash my feet prior to going to bed as they were dirty without ever going outside. I do love the location and the amenities offered in the apartment. Even with the above problems I enjoyed my stay. Sharon Y.

Vacasa is horrible
I will never stay in a Vacasa property again. The lack of communication, check-in process, no instructions on how to lock the door, parking was confusing. It doesn’t matter how nice a place is when the communication is so poor.

Great little beach bungalow nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Bed is comfortable. Parking suv is tight. Easy location to get around Beach is close walks down a little hill.

Nice, clean and comfortable
We enjoyed our short stay. The bed was super comfy, which is always a challenge. It was very clean, also important to us. The location was great for walking to the pier or into town. Will stay again.

Spectacular view, awesome place, close to beach
Wonderful apartment close to the beach that has just about everything you could need for a home away from home. You can even watch the sunset. It was very clean. King size bed was the best bed I've slept in but we couldn't find the remote for the ceiling fan which was set on high (so it was either on or off). Looks exactly like photos. Sofa bed was fairly comfortable. Dishes need to be washed by hand. No disposal. There are plenty of kitchen tools and plates, glasses and so on. It appears as if the apartment had been newly renovated for the most part. Careful though; some words have been worn off on the stove top and you can't read the heat controls on the knobs. It's quiet and we enjoys our walks on the trails and pier, watching the sunsets, and food from the restaurants.
