Welcome to your next staycation! Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with everything you need for a comfortable visit. We are located 4 minutes away from the main hospital in San Bernardino, 20 minutes to Crestline, and not far from Big Bear (mountains/lake) or Inland California attractions!

This is attached (one shared wall) to the owners home. Separate entrances on other sides of the property. No shared doors, windows, or contact with anyone.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>Sorry, but we do not allow pets. We have severe allergies to pet hair and dander, and cannot risk the exposure.

>No smoking inside
>Outside only, or there will be a $200 fine
>If cleaners have to pickup anything related to smoking, there will be a $50 fine

PARTIES/EVENTS/QUIET TIME
>STRICT no parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund
>No outdoor music after 8pm, voices down by 10pm

>In place for safety and liability reasons - if tampered with there will be a $200 fine

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
