Do not book with this host, he does not keep the house at a safe standard: We were shocked to see on our last day, that there is a missing outside A/C 30 amp 120/240 volt fuse disconnect cover missing exposing live wires, exposed to the elements, which could have caused a fire. 2 broken & exposed outlets in bedrooms (thank goodness we didn't have children.) Smoke detector taped with blue tape. Balcony is rickety, & the sliding door to balcony on second floor did not lock. Also: No Kitchen Dish towels.One large bathroom towel per person. No extra linens, or towels. Nasty moldy glasses left in dishwasher.Old water & old pod left in Kuerig Coffee maker. Oven not been cleaned in a very long time.Stained and ripped old Ironing board cover, absolutely unusable.Half of lights in bathrooms & lamps are either dead or missing, and filthy. KR holder fell apart on very first use. Outside furniture was dirty, and area was not swept or weeded. No cushions for outside furniture. Couch downstairs nearer TV., and chairs around dining table, are stained and filthy. Mattresses and floor are extremely squeaky.Coat cupboard on entrance is cluttered with what looks like old linen and bedspreads. We stayed, as we did not notice the worse the outside missing AC fuse cover until our last day. The host has refused any kind of compensation as we didn't bring up all the we'd found over our time to him on the very first day. This house should never have been cleared for guests.
