Golf course house with 2 master bedrooms

This beautiful house sits right on the golf course. It features two master bedroom both with private bathroom. One of the master bedroom has a large balcony looking over to the golf course. The location is very convenient, walking distance to Ralph's and restaurants. Costco and soccer field are under 3 minutes of driving. The famous Ontario Mills mall and Victoria Garden's are also less than 15 minutes of driving.

There are plenty parking space on and off the property. However, garage is NOT available to use. Guests may park on the driveway and plenty street parking are available.

Do not book with this host, he does not keep the house at a safe standard: We were shocked to see on our last day, that there is a missing outside A/C 30 amp 120/240 volt fuse disconnect cover missing exposing live wires, exposed to the elements, which could have caused a fire. 2 broken & exposed outlets in bedrooms (thank goodness we didn't have children.) Smoke detector taped with blue tape. Balcony is rickety, & the sliding door to balcony on second floor did not lock. Also: No Kitchen Dish towels.One large bathroom towel per person. No extra linens, or towels. Nasty moldy glasses left in dishwasher.Old water & old pod left in Kuerig Coffee maker. Oven not been cleaned in a very long time.Stained and ripped old Ironing board cover, absolutely unusable.Half of lights in bathrooms & lamps are either dead or missing, and filthy. KR holder fell apart on very first use. Outside furniture was dirty, and area was not swept or weeded. No cushions for outside furniture. Couch downstairs nearer TV., and chairs around dining table, are stained and filthy. Mattresses and floor are extremely squeaky.Coat cupboard on entrance is cluttered with what looks like old linen and bedspreads. We stayed, as we did not notice the worse the outside missing AC fuse cover until our last day. The host has refused any kind of compensation as we didn't bring up all the we'd found over our time to him on the very first day. This house should never have been cleared for guests.

This rental home was a godsend! Had a last minute international wedding come up and had to house family from all over in a central location, and this house was absolutely perfect. Huge space, comfortably furnished, clean and stocked, all the amenitites you could ask for, quiet but easily accessible neighborhood, couldn't ask for more! I could go on and on but the most telling thing I could say is that we will definitely be renting this place again in the future, as long as it remains available. Thanks Jacob!

Lovely golf side home.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Home was nice with 2 lovely master bedrooms and beautiful view of the golf course. The 2 other guest bedrooms were also nice except the beds really squeaked every time you rolled over. Also multiple doors squeaked and woke us up whenever they were opened. Air conditioning was very nice. Kitchen was great for 3-4 cooks at a time. Knives/scissors are dull and hard to use. Otherwise kitchen well supplied with needed items. Large table that fit 7 comfortably. Patio swing outside was also nice, but dirty. There were outside several chairs, but no cushions which would have been lovely to have. Great home.

We lived in fontana for about 29 years and moved to out of state to Georgia. We will come to CA Every year around the same month this will be a nice stays here. It would be nice if the sofa in the kitchen area was shampooed it was very very dirty on the seating areas. The patio could have been cleaned out for seating. We were not able to use that.

Very nice space and great for a larger group with 2 masters. Bedroom space is great. The outside patio area was a little dirty and the floor through the house left your feet black everyday without shoes. Could use. a few more pillows and some kitchen towels. Overall nice space for a rental. The wine was a nice idea. Great view!!!
