Sleeps up to 12 guests across a king primary suite, two additional queen bedrooms, and a dedicated bunk room built for kids (or the young at heart) — three real bedrooms plus a bunk room means most guests get a real bed instead of piling onto a pull-out. A separate gameroom with a big-screen TV, cozy seating, and an NBA Jam stand-up arcade cabinet gives teens and adults their own space to relax away from the main living areas. A pull-out sofa in the gameroom brings total capacity to 12 for larger groups.
Inside the Home
The open-concept main floor centers around a large sectional and 75" TV above a cozy (decorative) fireplace, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and both a Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee maker — ready for everything from a quick breakfast before your morning drive to Lackland, to a full family dinner after a day at the park next door. The dining room seats the whole group at a maple extendable table.
Each bedroom features a smart TV, and the primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and glass-enclosed travertine shower. A second full bathroom and a convenient main-level half bath round out the 2.5 baths.

Pets allowed with prior approval, a pet fee, and a signed pet agreement — some breed restrictions apply per insurance policy. No parties or events without prior written approval.
