No street parking, use only the 3 assigned parking spots behind the house, accessible from the alley on either side.
Breaking house rules including exceeding Max capacity of 14 people at all times, or parking in the street can include a $500 fine, eviction or both.

The host was really communicative and answered our questions quickly. The house was big, yet cozy. We loved being able to gather family without feeling crowded. We would definitely stay here again.Note: the upstairs has slanted ceilings, so the family over 5'8" had to squat to get into the upstairs shower. The downstairs is not a problem. In fact, the master shower is fantastic.The kitchen is pretty sparse as far as pots, pans, etc. We ended up buying a ceramic pan to cook eggs. There is a juicer, blender & Kuerig. There are no spices or extras (we left behind our salt, pepper, tin foil, etc.) There is lots of space to cook & the appliances work great, but you may need to bring/purchase things to cook.

Beautiful home

We drove in from GA for my nephew’s Air Force graduation. We had 11 people inside of 2 vans. There was ample parking behind the house, a security gate and number code to enter the house. Once inside, it felt like home. It was clean, open and had a piano that the young kids loved testing their skills on during the entire trip. The rooms were a nice size. The master bedroom was my favorite because it had an adjoining room, which is where my kids slept. The master bathroom shower was huge too. I could’ve stayed in there all day. I would definitely book this house again. Whenever I had a question, Brent would respond timely. Thank you for hosting us at your house

Great stay in San Antonio

Great spot, in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Very comfortable and pretty house. We did run into a brief issue with the air conditioning, but the host responded very quickly and had someone out to fix in within minutes.

June stay

The house was great for my family and I go attend our son's wedding. It was hot (June) in San Antonio, and the AC did not work great. Someone came to fix it, but on the next to the last day, it still was not working very well. It is an older home, but some of the bedrooms were very warm.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, very clean, roomy enough for all of us, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub worked great, the air conditioning kept the house cool in the Texas heat, and the beds were cozy after long days. There was plenty of parking, and we loved the location. It was convenient and easy to get where we needed to go, just a couple of minutes to the Riverwalk and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Charming house in a great location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay and Brent was extremely responsive when we had a slight problem with the AC. He sent Jose over immediately to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Very roomy house and quiet neighborhood

The host was amazing and very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood. Every room is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels, including for the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for a family or friends stay..
