Guests will find plenty of space to relax with two bathrooms, including a spa tub for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or enjoying quiet moments, this beautiful home provides a quaint and inviting atmosphere. Sleeping:

1st Bedroom: The Master has a King and sleeps TWO (included in base booking).
2nd bedroom: Queen-size, sleeps TWO (included in base booking).
3rd bedroom: Full-size Bunk bed sleeps ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **
4th bedroom: Two Twin sizes beds sleep ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **
Living room sofa can sleep two persons.

The unbooked bedroom(s) will be inaccessible to keep them clean. Minimum 4 guests to open all bedrooms.

Kitchen/Dining:

Full set of appliances with a double sink. Includes a dual Keurig coffee pot, air fryer, rice cooker, and plenty of seating. There are plenty of cooking pots and utensils for the cook in your family.

Living Space:

The TV has a Roku in guest mode, allowing you to walk around your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We provide 1GB of Google Fiber Wi-Fi for the whole house. Super Fast and easy to use for work and games.

Outside:

There is a back patio with seating and landscaping to enjoy.

Community:

The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Ask owner for pool keycard. Lost pool keycard would cost $50 for replacement).
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are different in different seasons.

Fees:

Texas, Bexar County, and San Antonio City require us to charge Hotel Occupancy Taxes: Rates: State 6% + County 1.75% + City 9% = 16.75%. We waived our Management fee of $40/night for all our guests.

Great news! There would be NO 16.75% Hotel Occupancy Taxes for bookings for 30 days or more. Save big for those long stays. Business, transitional, medical needs, and insurance needs welcome… Ask us for more details.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO-PET Home! Not inside or outside. There is a minimum $250 extra fee for cleanup, no exceptions.

NO FOOD or DRINKS IN BEDROOMS (less drinking water). Minimum $50 extra cleaning fee per bedroom if food or drink is found in bedrooms.

The city's quiet hours are Mon-Sun 10 pm to 6 am.
