The house features a huge game room and a rooftop deck with plenty of gathering space. 20 minutes or less to the Riverwalk, Sea World, Six Flags, Lackland AFB, SA Airport & more, it's the perfect house for a special occasion or to make fun memories! Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Inside you’ll find plenty of room for your group to spread out, play & relax. The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people, and in the game room, a large sectional sofa with dual recliners can accommodate 2 more.

The spacious floor plan includes a large sitting area with desk and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals!

In the game room, enjoy playing ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boardgames & more! You will also find a 55” Smart TV to plug in your gaming console or enjoy streaming your favorite shows & movies. Smart TVs are also in the living room, bedroom #4 and on the rooftop deck!

Outside you will find the rooftop deck with a covered patio table that seats up to 8, a propane firepit and hammock. Relax on the front porch and enjoy cooking with the propane grill on the back patio.

Also included at the house are a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller & baby walker for your little ones as well as a washer & dryer stocked with detergent & bleach.

Although the house is suitable for infants and includes
a high chair, play pen/crib and stroller, it is not "baby proofed."
The driveway is narrow, but once you get past the gate, the space opens up to a much larger parking area.
