As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete our local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and up to $400 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

Perfect for our purpose

A very pleasant stay in a super quiet neighborhood… turned out to be larger than we needed as one of our traveling companions was unable to make it. Very comfortable and well maintained, also with a small but nice yard ( which was a nice surprise). Would definitely stay here again if we had need for the extra bedrooms.

4th weekend

Andrew was an amazing host from the moment I contacted him about the property to the time we checked out. The home was decorated beautifully, the neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Andrew is the best host we’ve had and we will definitely stay again when we return to San Antonio. Oh and all the extra little touches just confirm what a good host we had.

Simply Amazing

Thank you for allowing us at your beautiful property! It was so worth every penny! The beds were for the gods! And the bathtub in the master totally catered to the working woman/ mom ( I am both) so relaxing. In the house and the neighborhood! Games on hand of all kinds for all ages! The backyard is nicely sized! OVERALL A WONDERFUL RELAXING STAY! Also, ANDREW is very rapid with response and is very friendly. Definitely we will book with him each time if possible when we are in town !! Thank you Andrew

Lovely, Cute, Homey

Very cute, lovely home - practically everything you need. Check-in was super easy, as was check-out. I stayed with my partner and my mom, so we only used two bedrooms but they were both great. A+ on the master suite from my mom. My partner and I stayed in the room with the green sheets, and I used the 3rd bedroom as an office space during the week. There was a minor issue with the downstairs toilet, but there are two upstairs so it was no big deal. There were a bunch of games in the closet and a great little kitchen for group dinners. I would recommend some updates to the kitchen utensils and cookware, as they’re definitely well-used, but still good condition. Overall a terrific stay!

after a rocky start with the wrong door access code at 11 pm that night and had to go get a hotel room, the host bent over backwards for my mom and I, they also sent a get well package for my treatment I was receiving. it could have a slightly bigger couch in the living room area other than that the house was 100 percent clean, very well taken care of, and the checkout instructions was very easy. I will be staying again if I'm in San Antonio and the house is available

Exactly what we needed.

3 bedroom. 2 1/2 bath 2 story townhouse in gated community. Home was very clean, nicely decorated and owner made us feel very welcome and very responsive. Very Lush towels and bedding were provided as well as hand soaps. shampoo/conditioner.,Lotion, water, paper towels, dish soap, charcoal, games and Netflix. Home had all the items we needed to fix meals and is very close to attractions and grocery stores. Will definitely stay again. When we visit.

Excellent property and host

Andrew the host is very communicative! Very nice home in a gated community that has lists to offer around it. The home has everything you need and we would love to stay here again.
