Family Retreat! New Kitchen, Large Deck!

This home is located in a beautiful community on the city's Northwest side of town. We have a two car garage, can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway and street parking is permissible. Sea World of San Antonio is just 4 miles away and quick access to Highway 151 via Westover Hills will get you downtown or to Lackland AFB with ease!

Sleeping Accommodations: this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed. One of the guest rooms also has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed set with a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another twin size trundle underneath. If you would like, you can bring in your own air mattresses; the Family Room is large enough to rearrange the furniture and easily fit a couple of air mattresses.

Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

This is our 2nd time staying here, we love it, always cleaned, has what we need to start us off with, until we can go to store. A/C works wonderful, love the backyard, nice to hang out there and BBQ. The Host Carlos is awesome, anytime I didn't know how to do something he would call me fast. He really wants you to be happy with your stay, he is the reason why we keep staying here, besides the house be great place.the only thing would be nice is to have ceiling fans in rooms, or fans lol when doors are closed it does it hot. but other then that it is a 5 star place.

This house is in a good neighborhood close to grocery stores, 25 minutes from the medical district, and about equal distance between downtown and Fiesta Texas.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the climate control kept the house cool.I was looking for a restful stay, and this was perfect. The host was responsive in a timely manner. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

Nice house. Good location, with an HEB super close. (Which was just pure happy luck on our part) The kitchen was awesome. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets. Only complaint would be the couches were in a bit rough condition. Really worn and sunken in. A frustration was the bathroom rug in the master bath did not fit under the door so you had to move it every time you closed the door, which was annoying. Overall the stay was good. The host was super nice and sideways responded pretty quick to messages. He's got a list of local places and area maps that was super helpful. My kids had fun out on the big deck and thought it was super neat the tree went through it.

Perfect Location - Very Inviting!

There was a little mix-up at the beginning, but Carlos reached out to me right away with the correct info—he called and even followed up with a text. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that!Let me paint the picture… we walked into the house and were instantly greeted by a cool, comfortable space thanks to the A/C. All the lights were on, which made it super easy to see each room and get settled right in.I really loved the laminated info sheets on the kitchen counter—they had everything we needed, like checkout time, Wi-Fi details, and other helpful tips. It saved me from having to dig through the listing (which can be so frustrating sometimes)!The beds were super comfy, there were plenty of towels, and even ice ready in the freezer—such thoughtful touches!The location couldn’t have been better for us—we hit up SeaWorld and tried out a bunch of nearby Mexican restaurants.All in all, a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great home

Great home for your San Antonio visit. Close to HEB and Walmart for easy shopping. House was clean and owner was great to work with! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Even went on a walk and met friendly neighbors along the way. I highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

My family and I went to celebrate my daughter's 21st at Six Flags and we stayed at this rental through vrbo and I have to say this place is home away from home. The house was very nice and very clean and most importantly it was very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the stay and we hope to use this rental again in the future and I recommend anyone who is going to visit San Antonio to stay at this beautiful inexpensive rental. Carlos the owner is very attentive and professional and aims to please his renters.

Air Force Graduation Visit

Perfect place to stay and visit our daughter graduating from the Air Force. It is within the loop, perfect for rest, relaxation and family dinner. I highly recommend and plan to stay again if in the area. Everything needed and more was provided.

Spacious, Comfy, and Dog-Approved – The Perfect SanA Stay!

This home was incredibly accommodating for our group! Five adults fit very comfortably, and our two dogs absolutely loved the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and dishes we needed, and the grill made it easy to have a small backyard gathering. The patio was a huge bonus, with two outdoor tables providing plenty of seating.The bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with full-size shampoo and body wash—such a nice touch compared to the usual hotel-sized bottles. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the abundance of pillows was much appreciated (because sometimes, one just isn’t enough!).The house is in a quiet, calm neighborhood, making it easy to relax. Having a two-car garage was a big plus since we brought two vehicles, and my brother, who lives in San Antonio, would leave his car there while we all carpooled. It was great knowing our cars were secure while we were out exploring.Carlos was an outstanding host—attentive, communicative, and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this home for anyone visiting San Antonio!

Clean place throughout, updated Kitchen, Garage space to park cars if needed. Large back deck and BBQ. Nice area and close to shops and grocery stores. Would stay here again for sure.

Great suburban San Antonio stay

2 adults pets in town for work at Lackland AFB. Proximity to base was about 20 minutes in the mornings and an easy drive. House was exactly as advertised- spacious, clean and well-equipped. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, especially since we had a short notice extension to our reservation. Nicely furnished and has basics stocked (to include soap/shampoo which is a nice touch). Only negatives are that it's on a busier street and bedrooms on the street side of house can be noisier at night. If you're a light sleeper, recommend downloading a white noise app which solves this problem. Highly recommend this property, especially with pets, as the back yard is spacious and fenced and the neighborhood is easily walkable
