Summary:

Very cozy newly renovated 2BR w/ 2 FULL BATH house located less than 7 minutes from downtown. House sleeps 8 people rare find. Great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3-mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. You are only 15 mins from the Airport, 7 mins from Downtown and the Riverwalk, 5 mins to the Alamodome and only 3 mins from the AT&T Center. Lots of parking on property bring your car!

Excellent location. We were able to walk to a concert at the freeman collusium and were within a short driving distance to the Riverwalk downtown. House was clean and our stay was peaceful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Refreshed cozy place

House was updated as shown in pictures. ‘Master bath’ wasn’t very spacious not have much hot water. Used shared bathroom which had more room and hot water for baths. It is a pier and beam house so you feel a few soft spots when walking around. Window units worked great and kept each room cool. Very close to the Frost Bank Center and down the road from River Walk. Great option compared to downtown rates!

Though standard, check in time was inconvenient due to the fact that we had tickets at the venue for specific times. The property owners would have charged us to go in early despite the fact that they did not know whether or not the property would be cleaned yet. We ended up going late. One of the two showers did not work, so all five people had to use one shower. The neighborhood was fine, but it was hard to see any house numbers in the dark. The air conditioning window units were sufficient for fall.

Last Minute AT&T Center

Made this reservation the day before my stay when I decided to stay overnight after an event at the AT&T Center. Super easy check in and check out process, only a 20 min walk from AT&T Center, great home base.

Quick Trip

This property was pleasant enough for a two night stay. It had everything we needed but would be better with some updated, non broken blinds on the windows for better privacy. The shower handle and shower head could be updated too. Overall, would work for a large group. There’s plenty of room for everyone. The owner/manager was great in providing information leading up and after our stay.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

This was the first year we have decided to go somewhere besides Broken Bow for vacation and I was extremely nervous about the whole experience! This house was perfect for us! As a mom of 4 kids it's hard finding something with enough beds for all of us so this was a nice change! The house had everything we needed and then some! My 7 year old accidentally threw away the cup that holds the filter inside of the coffee maker and I felt horrible! So I left a new coffee maker to replace it. I hope that was OK! The owners of the property were great and very helpful! If we go back to San Antonio I will definitely book with them again!
