The condo was great. It was nice and clean upon arrival. We could hear the traffic noise at night but not too bad.Overall, great experience and we would stay again at this location.

Great place to stay! The host was super responsive and the condo was extremely clean. Things to note: there is no grass in the private courtyard area which can be challenging for pets. The condo is also in a busy part of downtown and if you are not used to traffic sounds, this can be a little disruptive when trying to get to sleep. I would however absolutely stay here again. This condo is close to great places to eat and was minutes from the Alamodome. We had a great time!

Great location

Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage.

The place was very nice. The only issue we had was damp towels in rhe closet for us to use and only one wash cloth in the bathroom. The owner needs to adequately stock for guests and make sure the housekeeper does the laundry correctly. We had to go shopping for wash clothes on our vacation and dru the towels which guess should never have to do.

Awesome long weekend!!!

My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend with our 2 college kids. Outstanding experience! Super clean and had everything we needed… clean towels, silverware, pots and pans. Super short Uber ride to Riverwalk and Alamo and The Pearl area! Our kids walked (2 blocks!) to listen to bands on St.Mary’s Strip. We love SanAntonio and wil stay here again!

Location location location

The house comfortably accommodated our family. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate. Everything you need in a kitchen was provided. Loved the proximity to great restaurants and entertainment on Saint Mary’s street. The proximity to the Pearl during the Christmas season is priceless. We would stay again anytime. Thank you.

Spacious, clean, and convenient

Our family of 5 stayed came to San Antonio to attend an event at the Alamodome. It was just a short drive and felt like a safer area than some other properties we looked at that we closer. We came in late, and had no problem finding the place, or with getting in. It was spotless!!! Beds were high quality, as was everything else down to the toilet paper 😜! There is some trafffic noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. Everyone slept soundly. We needed to communicate with the property manager and had an immediate response. Check out was easy. Oh, and the breakfast tacos down the street were amazing!!!! Definitely would stay at this property again.

State Marching Contest

We stayed at the property while in town for State Marching. Great location! 10min to Alamo Dome and Riverwalk. Liked having the garage access. Home was cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Our San Antonio stay

We stayed at the Chic 3 bed condo and it was terrific all the way around. The beds were extremely comfortable and the property was superb. Location is the best. Very close to a lot of attractions, including the river walk and downtown. Ubering downtown is $15 for an XL !

Perfect condo in a great location!

Stayed at this condo with some friends for our alumni weekend at Trinity University, and it was the perfect place for the weekend! The condo was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location for our needs. Very cute place! Additionally, when we had one issue during the weekend with the water, the owner was incredibly responsive and had the problem fixed before we were even back at the condo later that day. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be in an area convenient to the Riverwalk, Trinity University, Brackenridge Park and more.

Comfortable, clean condo

We enjoyed staying in this well appointed, clean condo which was convenient to many of our destinations. Another great feature was the use of garage. Modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, lovely master bathroom…were all great. The only slight downside; if you’re a light sleeper, there is a somewhat busy street feet away with a bus stop that has announcements about the routes when the bus stops. Didn’t disturb the downstairs sleepers but I am sensitive to noise. Am sensitive to noise.sleepers
