Centrally located, absolutely cozy, it's a MUST stay! Walking distance to Phil Hardberger jogging/dog Park. Quick access to downtown (airport 2 exits away) 410, 281, and 1604.

Open-concept home in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard for privacy and entertaining. Stained concrete flooring with many upgrades & designer details. Ceramic tile & ALL upstairs flooring is wood! Stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Plantation shutters in family room with fireplace & wood blinds throughout.

Great shopping, groceries, & bakery, within 3 minutes. Zoo, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Pearl Brewery, TopGolf, iFly, Palladium IMAX Theatre, La Cantera shopping and restaurants, The Rim, UTSA, Sea World, Downtown Riverwalk, the Alamo, Downtown, Alamo dome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, and Historic Market Square.

Pet Rules: All pets MUST be pre- approved prior to stay. There is a pet fee for bringing our furry family members. Pet fee starts at $100 per pet depending on size. We will also request a refundable pet deposit for the same amount to ensure there is no damage such as scratched doors, furniture, unpicked up poop throughout the yard or odor that requires additional maintenance and deep cleaning from our team.

Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture without a pet furniture protector or cover. We can provide small and medium kennels if required. A pet gate should be used to keep them on the tiled floor. The backyard has a privacy fence and a lot of room for running around. Please clean up after your pets. That includes courteous pick up of poo in the yard daily. There is a broom and mop located in the wash room for clean up of hair, paws or mud that comes in. Our standard cleaning fee is $170. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $300.

Nice visit to San Antonio

Location was close to airport and most everything. Easy to reach owners who were responsive to any questions and needs. We probably would have benefited from an additional bathroom - one for three bedrooms. It was hot so not any time in yard. Overall - a nice visit to Dan Antonio.

Graduation Weekend

This home was well suited for our family stay although we were short family due some unexpected events. Nice and clean. The host was kind enough to add Congrats sign in front yard!!!! So sweet and made it extra special. The home was nice and close to our dinner event which made it very convenient. We will defninitely be back!

Great Family Getaway

Jennifer’s place is outstanding - spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood. There were eight of us in the house and it never felt crowded or noisy. The bedrooms are comfortable (and dark, if you want them to be) and the common areas are well appointed. The yard is lush and private - great for hanging out in the evenings. Communications were great and check-in / check-out were a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Home away from home…

Beautiful home and newly remodeled. The owners are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions if they arise. There’s a beautiful story in the rule binder of themselves and how this was their home raising their own children. Truly enjoyed the little get away. Recommend for families, older adults and responsible people who don’t mind following rules and procedures to take great care of their residence they take great pride in their home. It is conveniently located near lots of family friendly activities and if you aren’t familiar with the area the owners have lots of recommendations in their rule binder for wonderful suggestions! Thank you Jennifer for having us again and I hope we can come back in the near future with another needed getaway. :)

Exceptional!

Jennifer was extremely fast in communicating with us about the property and even offered AMAZING suggestions for places to go with our girlfriends Friday night. We enjoyed the backyard and fire pit! We didn’t use it, but it was still nice to sit around and enjoy our fellowship together! The home was super spacious and clean! We actually got to meet Jennifer face to face and she is super sweet, funny and outgoing! This beautiful home is a must for anything San Antonio:)

Easy check in, house in immaculate condition, awesome weekend with family

Loved the communication with the owner we arrived at night everything was as excellent, centrally located to everything as described. My wife and kids really enjoyed the stay as do I. Will definitely love to visit again.

Nice home, reasonable neighborhood but several issues

We were set to check in at the set check-in time of 3 pm. I was contacted by the owner that the previous guests had left a lot of laundry and it would be delayed. She quoted a 3-5 pm check in (nope - that's on her listing with another company, not her VRBO listing) and thought it would be ready closer to 5. At 5 I tried to get more info on check in and was told it was not ready, they were working very hard to get it cleaned up after the last guests. OK it's obviously more than just laundry but she did not tell me that initially. I then get a message that she has hurt her hand due to rushing to get the place ready (she did injure it significantly) and the initial suggestion in the conversation is that it was my fault since I rushed her to get the place ready. SO... the checkin was rough. We got to the home finally at 6 pm - many lights burned out, washer had been replaced that day but oops they forgot to connect the water (which we did), the dishwasher didn't work and many items in the kitchen missing after the last guests. She kindly replaced the kitchen items and the dishwasher a couple of days later. She did try to correct issues that were present so we were thankful. It was just not a good start. There were some other smaller issues but I will not elaborate on them. The house needs a thorough checkup by the owner.

Very spacious property

Plenty of space for family. Location of property was convenient to shopping and highway. Only concern it was quite dusty and only one bedroom has a tv. However, overall it was good.

After Christmas getaway

We enjoyed our visit to your property. Checking in was a breeze and we appreciate the quick communication on our questions. Location was so convenient to the Riverwalk and also to great places to eat close by.

Fix a few things and this could of been a higher rating.

Location was nice, but there are a few simple things that need to be done to make staying there more pleasant. Such as, disposal needs a really good cleaning out or a replacement. I had to clean the inside because the smell was really bad. Toilet paper and towel racks need to be fixed and kitchen needs to be exterminated for ants. Cleanliness was okay, floors need a good mopping.

Lovely Home

This home is comfortable for large groups and families. The neighborhood is quiet and near so many amenities in the San Antonio area. Extra kudos for the master bedroom. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom area (it’s huge!) was luxurious. We all greatly enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this home to anyone, and Jennifer is very kind and quickly responsive to all needs and questions.

Excellent for a quick escape

The house is in a good location, situated between our places of interest which were sixflags and downtown, close to the 410 loop which gives easy access. Nearby HEB and fastfood restaurants. Overall a nice place to stay with a big family.

Awesome house and property manager!!!

Jennifer was AWESOME! She accommodated part of our groups early check in at last minute. She was easy to contact/communicate with. Jennifer even had Congrats Grad decorations put up to celebrate our family member graduating from Air Force BMT which was the reason for our trip. That was super thoughtful and very much appreciated. The home was perfect and provided a cozy environment for us to hangout for the weekend. Our only recommendation to accommodate guests a little better would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms so large groups can get ready in other areas besides just the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this home and property manager for your future stays!

enjoyed the house stay

the house was very spacious, clean, and huge backyard for pets. The owner, Jennifer Reyes, was very friendly. The room for improvement is: satellite tv set up an update and better beds in the spare bedrooms.
