Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3, queen size bed and futon with a Jack-and-Jill bath between them. Additional bedroom suitable for children has bunk bed with trundle and full size futon. Spacious living areas with 55" Roku TV that has local and lots of premium (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) channels. Professional karaoke system installed for your enjoyment! Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and larger communal eating area that sits 12. Lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Single story house but the family/dining room has a small step down from the kitchen or bedroom wing. LARGE SWIMMING POOL in huge, landscaped back yard to lounge, hang out and play on the BRAND NEW PUTTING GREEN, or play ping pong on the full-size table set up in the garage. 7-seat JACUZZI (TM) HOT TUB! Come relax in the evening after a tough day of lounging around the pool. One of Jacuzzi's top line hot tubs with multiple motors and renowned water-sanitizing features. Multi-color LED lighting with waterfall feature. Easy-open cover lift so it takes little more than one finger to open after unlocking. Wonderful accommodations just as described. Great location on a quiet street with easy access to everything. Owners were fabulous. They welcomed us with a gift basket and were quick to communicate. We thought we left behind an item and the owners were happy to ship it to me. I could not ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property was clean with different activities to enjoy while not out exploring such as ping pong, pool, hot tub, and putting range. The hosts were great with communication for any questions. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this option to others!

A lovely home for our family's visit to San Antonio. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and water after a long day of travel. Convenient location. John and Cecilia were very responsive to communications and accommodating to special requests. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub especially the grandkids!

We wanted a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life and we got it. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sleeping in, catching up on movies and shows, board games and yard games, cooking and baking, and swimming at hot tubbing. No mosquitos! Beautiful weather all weekend. The house was well apportioned - lots of towels, lots of basics in the pantry and fridge, and a wonderful welcome basket full of snacks. 6 kids moved between the bunk bed room and queen bed room with futon. Mom, and mom and dad, claimed the king bed rooms for our retreat spaces. Homeowner came by to tend the pool (falling leaves) and we troubleshot the one minor issue we’d had with some plumbing. Kind people, nice house!

Location was just what we needed. Came for a quick family vacation and this home was perfect. We enjoyed being able to hang out in the backyard and swim every evening. Home literally had absolutely anything you could need. I was extremely thankful for the playpen & high chair. Check in process was easy and John was great to communicate with as well. Kids were so sad to leave. We would definitely book again!

Comfortable house for our family with young children, and the pool was a big hit. They had tons of pool toys, games, etc so we didn’t always have to leave to have fun. Lots of nearby amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe. There were a few things in need of maintenance that they were already aware of that were minor and not a big deal, and a few more bothersome things (lots of wasps/hornets in the back, a long metal valence fell off the sliding glass doors but didn’t hurt anyone, and the smoke alarm went off for no reason at 330 am). The owners were very apologetic about everything that was less than perfect. It’s an older house but well-stocked with towels, cooking basics, etc which we appreciated. They also left a nice welcoming basket. I was grateful the main doors to the poor were sturdy sliding glass doors so we didn’t have to worry about our toddler gaining access to the pool. All in all, we’d consider staying again if a few things were maintained better or the price was a bit lower.

Perfect Spot for Family & Memorial

We visited San Antonio for our father's memorial. We wished a place close to Fort Sam Houston Cemetery, downtown, and could fit three families. This spot was perfect! It reminded us all of our grandparents' place from way back when in San Antonio. The pool kept the kiddos busy. The bunkbeds and trundle kept the kiddos corralled for sleeping and it was just an all around great place to spend some family time together. It rained a bunch while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities (fire pit, putting green) but it was still a great spot for us all to spend time together, especially to teach some youngsters the finer points of ping pong. The hosts were very responsive to our request for help with the wifi. All in all, a great place to stay. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! There were plenty of comfortable beds, TVs, bathrooms and a BEAUTIFUL backyard. We had so much fun with the swimming pool and hot tub! The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and about 15-20 mins from most attractions.

Family Wedding

Our family stayed at this location and it worked very nicely. Pool was great and the owners left a steamer at the home for us so we could steam the dresses for my daughter's wedding. Very thoughtful and helpful. Would stay here again!

Short Family Trip

This was a wonderful place to stay and you can tell that John and Cecilia really care about their guests. We enjoyed every bit of this trip and especially loved cooling off in the pool and playing in the putt putt golf area. We 100% recommend this property and will be planning a future visit here again.

UTSA graduation celebration

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect and John and Cecilia went above and beyond for us. They even surprised us with some graduation decor which was such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend staying here. Backyard is a beautiful oasis!

Great Stay

The property owners were wonderful. Family was visiting from Wisconsin to attend granddaughter's graduation from UIW. The Owner's decorated the dining room table with graduation congratulations and also had a gift basket waiting at check-in. The back yard was great and many of our group spent a lot of time there. A small glitch with the spa was solved in minutes. Will stay there again when visiting the San Antonio area.
