This beautiful house is located in an exclusive, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 7 people including families with kids. House includes TV & cables in both living room and master bedroom, Foosball table and games, WiFi, washer & dryer and more. House has an amazing covered furnished private patio to BBQ, Cornhole to play or just to sit & relax. This house includes a garage for 2 cars. You can use the neighborhood's pool located a few minutes walk and it is close to main attractions such as restaurants, bars, shopping and places of worship.

This beautiful three bedroom 1700sqf house includes beds for 6 people plus a folding bed is also available which is very comfortable so it can sleep a total of 7 people. This house includes everything you need. Smart TV which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, WiFi, Foosball table and games, washer & dryer, wood burning fireplace and more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You have a private garage and plenty of place to park. You can freely use the Grill to BBQ in the covered private patio or just sit and enjoy the cozy Texas sun. You can also use the Neighborhood's pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walk from the house. I can assure you will love it!

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. There is a private patio to sit and relax. You will have private parking for 2 cars in the garage plus plenty more off street. You can also freely use the Neighborhood pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walking from the house. (Please ask for entry code upon arrival).

This house is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, places of worship and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything! Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Due to the fact that it is a Neighborhood's pool, I cannot be responsible in case the pool is closed. (Always closed on Monday for cleaning).
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
