  • La casa de dos pisos y 2000 pies cuadrados se encuentra en el histórico barrio de Lavaca, al sur del centro. Hay dos baños y cuatro habitaciones. Tres habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen, y la cuarta tiene una cama queen y una doble. También hay un sofá cama plegable y un colchón de aire disponibles. La televisión por cable está en la sala de estar. The house lovely we thought. It is historic with the big windows. The house was very clean and very fully stocked. The hosts were very accommodating to our specific needs for the weekend. The house was in walking distance of the Alamodome.

Lots of room in this home and so close to lots of things to do and see. Had a great time with family. The off street parking was great and Tommy was responsive to everything we needed.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking though we went out mostly to the excellent resteraunts nearby. Great location for family going to graduation @ Lackland AFB.

Our group of 7 enjoyed Tomm house The house was big enough for our group. Th location was great to walk to Riverwalk The house needs a little TLC, especially on outside. That being said if you stay in a historic home you have to expect it's little quirks. Overall the house was large enough, beds where comfortable , great time in San Antonio.

This house was perfect for our family. Great location and just as described. All bedrooms are up stairs, but the living room can close up and the sleeper sofa worked perfect for us - traveling with a broken foot.

What a darling house! It was in a great location. Close to town and all the things. There is a wonderful fried chicken place around the corner. The check in and out had clear instructions. We loved the old charm!

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. So close to great restaurants. We didn't need anything but Host was readily available. We will gladly stay here again!

Kitchen well equipped, and plenty of staples so we coulld cook real meals. We wanted a historical house near downtown but on a quiet street, and we got it.

It was a great place for my group and I to host a reunion. Short walk to the riverwalk with lots of things to do, lots of parking, and very comfortable. A/C worked great when it was kicked on. Had everything you needed.

This property has an amazing location and lots of historic charm. The host was very welcoming and there is private parking onsite. It does need some updates throughout in furniture as well as paint and fixtures. Otherwise it was great.

Tommy was a wonderful host—exceptionally kind and quick to respond. The house itself is beautiful and perfectly located, within easy walking distance of the River Walk and the Alamo.

This is a wonderful property with tons of space and all expected amenities. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe and it was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the different parts of the River Walk/Alamo. It is an older home, so we noticed some of the charming quirks like creaky floors and doors that didn’t always latch tight. None of these detracted from our stay. The AC sometimes had a hard time keeping up with the extreme summer heat, but Tommy has provided plenty of fans throughout the home, and we all slept and lived comfortably. He was a kind and communicative host, including working with us very graciously when we needed to alter the length of our stay.

Lovely older home with lots of space and comfortably slept our group. Everything we needed in kitchen, plenty of parking space for our cars. House is older than appears in pictures and needs a little TLC, but great value and we would absolutely stay again. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to Riverwalk.

The Host was friendly,the kitchen was fitted and the fridge even had fresh eggs! It was nice and close to the Riverwalk area and very comfortable. Super neat view through the trees of the Tower of the Americans from the balcony. Floors could have been a little cleaner around the corners but there were plenty of towels and other necessities. Fantastically cool old style house!

The property is within walking distance to downtown and was a pleasant walk. The kitchen has all the appliances needed, but would benefit from a kettle. Communication with the host was outstanding. He provided information regarding local restaurants, stores and responded very quickly when contacted. The house was clean and it was an experience staying in a 1912 home. It was a positive addition to our visit. Beautiful wood floors ! We would definitely return to this property if we needed accommodation for a large family party. We were a group of four adults and three children and this property accommodated us very well.
