Beautiful 2 Story Near Seaworld and Lackland AFB

The location of our home coupled with all the wonderful amenities inside make our home the perfect vacation/business destination. We are minutes away from just about anything you need: SeaWorld, Six Flags, Lackland AFB, Ingram Mall, La Cantera Mall, and Northwest Medical Center to name a few. Downtown San Antonio is short drive away visit the Riverwalk or maybe the San Antonio Zoo. Our home caters to all groups big or small, business or pleasure. Guests have access to the neighborhood pool.

Our large two-story home provides beds to accommodate 14 guests, but we also offer an air mattress plus the game room’s futon and sofa bed can also be utilized as sleeping options.

The Primary Suite has a king size four poster bed to ensure a restful sleep. The Primary Bathroom offers a stand-up shower and a relaxing garden tub. Please don’t hesitate to use any of the room furnishings.

The second and third bedrooms are both arranged with two queen beds and each offer a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom offers a similar set up, but the beds are two full XL size beds. All items in the rooms are available for use.

As previously stated, our comfy game room holds a futon and a sofa bed for those large groups that require additional sleeping quarters. Plus, there is a television if you just want a place to watch Netflix.

From the time you enter our home we provide you with options turn right and you are in our modern style yet serene living room or venture left into the family room. Both rooms offer comfortable seating with the family room being equipped with a television for movie night.

Our stainless-steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need from microwaving popcorn (popcorn not provided) to cooking a full course meal. For our coffee drinkers we have a Kitchen Aid all-in one coffee maker and grinder. There is a blender available for that morning protein smoothie and/or the nighttime margaritas.

Our home has a full-sized upstairs bathroom and a half bath downstairs. The only things you need to pack is your toothbrush. We supply the towels, sheets and pillows. The laundry room is also available for use so that’s one less thing to contend with once you get home. (Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets provided)

What’s Texas without barbecue? Don’t worry we have you covered the outdoor patio is equipped with patio furniture and grill for those outdoor cookouts.

We look forward to hosting you at our home. So, whatever you reason for visiting us in San Antonio whether for a weekend getaway, visiting friends, family reunion, Basic Training graduation, or business trip we are sure you will enjoy our home and all it has to offer!!!

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. There is a two-car garage with driveway so parking is not an issue. Check-in instructions will be texted to the phone of the booking party and sent via the booking platform a day or two prior to your arrival.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in San Antonio.

Our neighborhood features some great amenities. Our pool which opens during spring break offers adult and kids swimming pools. There is also a nearby park with kids play area, basketball courts and an area for walking.

Guests will also have access to the pool card key which can be found in the wall in the kitchen. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.

Location is key and we have that covered. There are several restaurants nearby and we also have grocery stores for those who prefer to cook at home. We are a short drive from all kinds of entertainment to include Sea World and Six Flags and for a relaxed day there is also a movie theater not to far away.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
