The Ivy is located in East San Antonio. Across the street is the Frost Bank Center, home of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs. It also houses concerts, performances, comedy shows, and other sporting events. From events at the Frost Bank Center to local eateries, parks, and a golf course - there’s a lot to experience nearby!

You'll have the entire loft to yourself! You'll be given access via a smart lock, and you'll receive all of your check-in details 24 hours in advance. The check in time is 4:00 PM onwards and check out time is 10:00 AM.


COURTYARD: From bistro lighting, lounge furniture, and a fire pit to barbecue grills and a fresh herb garden, our manicured courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy quality time with friends and family! You'll also have access to other on-site businesses such as a gym, coffee shop, dance studio, barber school, and hair salon. Please reach out for more information!

ENTRY: Enter from the shared courtyard to our 2,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom loft filled with natural light. Prepare yourself for our jaw-dropping light fixtures and privacy glass by Smart Glass Country!

LIVING AREA: Relax and unwind in the modern, spacious living room with an 85” TV and Bose sound bar, perfect for movies, game nights, or karaoke!

BEDROOM 1 AND 2: There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with large, walk-in closets. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a 60” TV, and the second bedroom has two full beds and a 60” TV. There is a half bathroom as well as a full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower and rainfall shower head.

BEDROOM 3: The primary suite is on the upper/loft level and features a king bed, a 65” TV, and a cozy lounge area. It also has a full bathroom with a luxurious, black tile walk-in shower and rainfall shower head.

KITCHEN/DINING: Enjoy preparing meals in our gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with high-end finishes and an expansive 12 ft. peninsula + six bar stools! Pick your favorite herbs from our fresh herb garden, and share a meal at our dining table that seats eight.

WORKSPACE: Remote work in style at the dedicated workspace situated under the staircase. The desk is also outfitted with office supplies.

PERFECT!!!!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The unit was so spacious and had all the amenities of a 5star hotel! There was plenty room for 3 couples and had adequate parking on site. Host, Demitri was professional and accommodating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be back!

Lux Loft Apartment

Our family was blown away by this gorgeous luxurious loft apartment. It was very large with all the bells and whistles…robes and house shoes in every bedroom, hotel quality bedding and bath towels, anything you would ever need for an overnight stay including snacks and beverages. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked from dishes, cooking items, to ziplock bags! This will be the first place we book if it’s available when we return. Demitri was quick to respond with any questions we had. Her attention to detail and care for our well being while we were at her property was second to none. She is a fabulous host!

Incredible, in every sense of the word.

It’s hard to put into words how great this place is. It is everything as described in the photos and so much more. The host is fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. He above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The little touches is what really did it for me, not only are you getting to stay in an incredibly built out and put together loft, but having the sweet note and snacks left out for you is such a kind gesture. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the host. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially if you’re needing a big enough space to fit multiple people but not feel cramped. The luxurious beds, sheets and pillows were a dream to sprawl out in. The rainfall shower head gave it a spa like feel and the robes and slippers just set it off. I wish we had gotten to stay longer. Very thankful we found this place and even more thankful for our amazing host that was timely and so courteous in his responses. Overall 10/10 and will absolutely be staying here again when the need arises!

Wow! This is the response from our group from the moment we opened the door to check.out. everywhere we turned... wow! From the stocked fridge and snacks, to the thoughtful nighttime items like eye masks, ear plugs, noise machine, robed and everything in between, we felt like.royalty!
