The stairs lead up to a lounge area with plenty of seating including 3 armchairs, a large leather sofa and a separate sofa bed. Leading off, is a second balcony with deckchairs to take in the afternoon sun, due to its south westerly aspect. Also on this level is the 3rd bedroom, a super-king size bedroom which can be arranged also as a twin or triple with prior notice.
