Spread over three floors, the flat is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC

On the first floor:
- A 40 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A bathroom with shower
- Two separate toilets

On the second floor, on the mezzanine level, you will find:
- A bedroom with two single beds (90×190) and a single sofa bed.
- A reading/games area

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washer-dryer (combined), cot with mattress, griddle, and garment steamer.

Outside:
- The garage is equipped with everything you need to store skis and dry boots. Access to an electric charging point is available at an extra charge.
- A 9 m² north/east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The triplex is ideally situated in Samoëns, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Samoëns: lakes and leisure centres 3 km away, summer swimming pool, mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, via ferrata, paragliding and helicopter flights for first-timers. Hiking and Chamonix/Aiguille du Midi are an hour’s drive away.
- Morillon: Lac Bleu leisure centre in summer and a day-care centre at Les Esserts in winter for children aged 3 to 6.
- Cultural events in Samoëns and Morillon, with a market selling local produce in Samoëns on Wednesday mornings.
- Joux Plane: hiking, cycling, fishing and relaxing by the lake in summer; cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing in winter.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and in the flat’s private car park (2 vehicles).

A car is essential to make the most of the region.
- A shuttle bus 150 m from the accommodation provides access to the ski resorts in winter (the Morillon and Vercland cable cars provide access to the Grand Massif)

- The chalet comprises 3 self-contained units.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- An electric vehicle charging point is located in the garage. A supplement of €10 per week is payable on site at the concierge’s office.
- Air conditioning is available on the ground floor and first floor.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
